Entire hotel should be refurbished (rooms are shabby and musty, air conditioner barely worked, elevator door always took forever to open), but the sour attitude of the older lady at the front desk tipped the scales. When the hotel knows a guest is checking out late, they probably shouldn't inactivate the keycard early so you have to wait at the desk to get back into your room, especially when you're in a hurry to check out. This deserved at least a realistic apology, not the snide version I received! Thanks for making me late to a funeral.
