Hotel close to Big mall , stores and restuarantsPosted Sep 12, 2015
Pros: Closeness to malls, Indian restaurants and the 24/7 pantry.
Cons: Light touch Housekeeping must be mandatory daily.
Location: Avalon Mall nearby with play area for kids, 3 Indian restaurants, a Kroger and a Publix nearby.
We had a good experience with the stay, breakfast needs more vegetarian dish options however. Hotel needs to make Light touch housekeeping mandatory daily for guests staying less than a week. 24/7 Pantry had a good set of last minute stuff.

Very Good LocationPosted Aug 4, 2015
Pros: Everything, from the check in/out to the breakfast, was great.
Cons: Complimentary wine and beer until midnight.
Location: My client was a short drive down the road and there are a wide variety of restaurants within a five minute drive.
Excellent service and very comfortable with the needs of business travelers.

Uncomfortable and the cleaning staff always did a poor job. But the reception staff were great.

Very nicePosted Jul 16, 2015
Pros: Room was very comfortable -even the pull out sofa bed was comfortable. The kitchen is totally equipped with dishes, silverware, glasses, etc.
Cons: Place Kleenex in the room somewhere.
Location: Great location. Easy to find, close to wonderful shopping, restaurants and entertainment
Arrived on Friday stayed until Tuesday. The week-end was very busy....ran out of silverware and plates on the breakfast buffet, but the food was plentiful and delicious. Pool was wonderful. The kids loved it.

Just like homePosted Jul 13, 2015
Very pleasant! The stay felt a lot like home. It seems to be more suited for longer stays but we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay.

The room was very spaciousPosted Jul 11, 2015
Most of the staff was courteous. It took a long time to get someone to clean the room and bring up clean towels. The food could be of better quality! Some of the staff especially one girl in the food area. Never smiled and when was asked for more food to be put out or a spoon for serving food, she took her sweet time and never responded to anyone's questions!! I have stayed at this same location before, and the service was excellent. But not this time around.....

Awesome!Posted Jul 8, 2015 on Hotels
Loved this place!!! Stayed here for a week with my 2 year old and 3 month old while my husband worked in the area. We went for walks and felt safe. The front desk was friendly and helpful. With having the kids we didn't leave the room until after morning naps which was after the housekeeping had been around to clean. I asked if they could bring us the towels while gone, and they cleaned everything. They did it with a great attitude too. Everything was up to date and clean. Lots of space and had anything and everything we needed right there in the suite. I highly recommend this place!

Great stay!Posted Jun 22, 2015
Check-in was quick and easy. We could choose the floor we wanted. It said the room sleeps four, but not really. The queen bed accommodated the two adults, but the two kids, 12 and 14, could no way sleep on the double pull-out. Luckily we had a blow up mattress in the car. The staff very quickly brought sheets to the room the first evening and an extra blanket the second night. It is pet friendly and very reasonable. Most places in the area wanted $75 for a pet. This property allows up to 80 lbs. and it is $15 the first night and $10 each night after the first. Breakfast was pretty good. We ate at First Watch next door the second morning. Pool area was large and clean. Channel selection was good with 4 or 5 ESPN channels and 3 different HBO channels. Plenty of parking and it was easy to get in and out of, on the weekend anyway. It is very conveniently located off of 400. I will definitely stay in this hotel again, if I'm in the area and have my golden retriever with me. My only complaint about room cleanliness...the bathroom/sink area smelled of smoke and the backside of the bathroom door had been splattered with something...easily missed by cleaning staff. Room 321.
