My experiences staying at this hotel was great. The front desk person was very helpful & his customer service skills were great.

Hotel staff were indifferent. The room was cleaned but they took away towels and lenin. The bed was not made.

I'm a little confused about your comments. Please clarify what you mean. When we clean a room - everything is removed and replaced with clean items. We can't rent a room without the bed being made. Thank you and have a nice day.

Smelled horrible smile not very clean. Good shuttle service to and from hotel- airport

Front staff was extremely busy due to storm yet they were very nice and helpful during this crisis

The Worst One on the Block

Pros: It was close to the airport
Cons: Customer Service!
Location: Airport and "Big Daddy's" Restaurant!
I was only there one night and had 2 children with me. When I called for additional towels we were asked to bring down the used towels %@#! who does that... these towels were so thin you can see through them. Also, when needing to iron you have to go down to the front desk to retrieve an iron. SMH Never do it again.

Thanks for your review. It's unfortunate that we didn't see eye to eye on the issue you experienced with us. Our rooms are compact and additional amenities are located at the front desk. Irons and iron boards must be checked out at the front desk. Since we are not a full service hotel which has 24hr housekeeping - towels will be given at the front desk as requested depending on the registered guest list. If you had 4 people in the rooms then the max we give out is 5 sets but you can gladly do a towel exchange which means return your dirty towels for fresh clean towels. Thank you.

Good place for a short layover

Close to the airport with an efficient shuttle service. Room was adequate. Room and bed were clean but pillows were very tiny.

Once was enough

We weren't looking for or expecting anything fancy. Check in staff was very friendly. Bed was comfy. Hotel/airport shuttle service was good. Now for the not-so-good....There were stains down bathroom wall, finish peeling off the tub/shower. Woke up to 3 small cockroaches in our beds. Yogurts in the bfast area weren't even kept on ice. Hotel charges $25 early check in fee if you try to check in before 3:00.

NO frills but not bad hotel.

The hotel is older but not that bad. The room was clean. Breakfast was horrible. 2 kinds of cereal with whole milk, toast, toaster waffles, bagles, and juice.

Beware of front desk trying to add on fees

As soon as you enter the building you have a faint hint of marijuana in the air. The customer service on a scale from 1 to 10 was a 0 I had already booked my room with hotels.com and paid for it. The cashier at the front desk was trying to have me pay additional fees for the room. I booked a queen double bed room and he told me if it was more than one person I still had to pay extra that he would have to adjust the price so we kind of go back and forth because if I have two beds that accommodates four why do I have to pay extra, I would not recommend this place to anyone and for the record I never write reviews good or bad but I felt compelled to write about this experience

Please allow me to apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay with us. We accommodate a number of guests and area conventions stays at our hotel weekly. Although we failed to demonstrate differently, your experience does not, in any way, represent the level of service we are capable of providing. We do however, must have a accurate headcount per room which requires your reservation to be on par. A double bedroom can sleep up to 4 people but a rate is quoted for single or double occupancy so if more people are in the room then the rate changes.
