Our server Thom in AG is a 5-Star employee and should be cloned! Bellman Steve went above and beyond due to the fiasco with P'tree being closed. Hama in housekeeping is a real gem, even offering to go to another floor for ice after her shift was over because the machine on floor 21 was inoperable. Room Service dinner left a bit to be desired. While the order was repeated correctly and delivered promptly, there were several errors and one of the servers who came to our room didn't speak English so it made communicating a bit difficult. Bellmen need to be told that paper room service menus no longer exist. We were handed a flyer by the front desk but no mention was made of the QR code being the menu there, either. We had to make a call down in search of one. Also, we were not instructed that we needed to use our key card anytime we used the elevator and not just from the lobby level. Sunday brunch buffet was very disappointing as it was basically a repeat of the menu and offered nothing special and exciting. Handheld shower head leaked badly at hose connection. Not being able to reach anyone at the only restaurant until they open for dinner at 5:30pm and not having anyone else capable of handling a reservation request is absurd! We left a message requesting to have the hostess call us upon her arrival with no response. Overall a nice stay but too many misses for a 5-star review
