Lovely renovated hotel with spacious rooms and it is very clean. The staff are friendly, helpful and very polite. Breakfast and bar food were good. My room had no TV remote in it but I did not ask for one as we rarely watch TV in hotels. The size of the under desk dresser was a bit small and scratched up. The hotel kindly put us on a high floor - the doors are not really sound proof so everytime anyone was in the hallway it felt a bit noisy. I would stay again - because of the location, staff and the hotel is lovely. This was my second stay at the Whitely and i would stay again.

Cons: My room was on the side by Peachtree street, the road traffic was really loud. Also, people going in and out of their doors, and the doors would slam was very disturbing. At 10:40 pm (after I had gone to sleep), I got a call from the front desk asking if I’d gotten someone else’s luggage in my room. That was very inappropriate that late at night. Pros: all the staff was very nice and helpful. The room and property were very clean.

Everything about this stay was excellent!! I have never been more impressed!! Greeted with a glass of champagne on checkin and our room was on the top floor with an awesome view of the city!! Staff are super courteous and helpful . The pool is heated and the jacuzzi was on point!!! I will be back

Beautiful hotel. The staff was wonderful, rooms were large and clean. We had everything we needed for our one night stay. Loved the glass of champagne at check in and cookies and cupcakes at check out. We will be back!

Food for room service was limited and not great food. Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were old and lumpy. Light switches were odd in the room. No down duvets, old wool blankets wrapped in it high quality cotton sheets. Not like the old Ritz Carlton. Liked the lobby remodel. Room remodel was an after thought.

We’ve come here for years and love it, however this time was a bid different experiment. In addition to being told by the bartender who confirmed it that they had a shuttle that would take us to our restaurant (1 mile away), we were informed by the valet when we went to leave that they don’t do that anymore. We booked and paid through Expedia prior to checking in, yet after We checked out and reviewed our credit card statement we realized that we were Charged an additional $197 deposit for incidentals, a charge from the courtesy bar that we got nothing from and the full price for the room. The invoice i was emailed was only for the overnight parking. I called the hotel and the amazing customer service rep graciously credited back all the extra and frivolous charges but said it it may be several day before the large amount of money I’d credited back. We have stayed at this hotel for years beginning when it was still the Ritz and we have never had the issue of multiple extra charges. Just beware that you may be out a lot of money if it happens to you and there is no shuttle service anymore.
