Excellent location, amazing room with a great view of the water pond, great housekeeping, restaurant and bar were very accommodating. Definitively will return!
It was a nice stay. Hotel is very clean and nice employees. I just didn’t know the room didn’t have a microwave. So be ready to eat out or at the restaurant inside of the hotel.
The place is absolutely gorgeous. I loved the view. The rooms were clean The staff was very friendly. This was my first visit to Atlanta and this hotel made it very welcoming. I would definitely love to come back if im in the area
My family and I stayed overnight at the Westin on our way to Florida. Perfect quiet space to get a good nights rest and plenty of options near by shopping and food. They had two events going on and I thought the parking situation might get to be a problem but we went out and came back and they had reserved spots for their guests. I would definitely recommend the Westin.
The best stay in a long time! The staff was the best the rooms were so clean and comfortable! The breakfast were sweethearts! This will be my go too every time I’m in Atlanta
The property was beautifully cared for and customer service was exceptional.

The staff was very nice and professional. The grounds were beautiful. I like the outside waterfall.

Bad experience.
The photos are misleading. There was not a tub/separate shower as the pictures show on the website. I got there and changed rooms 3 times. The 3rd room the in room phone did not work. I went to front desk and advised them the phone did not work and there was only one set of wash cloths/towels. They did not bring anything to the room or fix the phone. Housekeeping made the bed but did not throw away any food that was lying around that was clearly trash.
Terrible customer service.
