The best place to stay in the Atl. It’s my new go to. The staff was so friendly and polite. They made sure we understood everything about the hotel. The valet staff were generous and always kept a smiling face.

I booked my room to take the LSAT test because I needed the peace and quiet to concentrate. Test was 7 hours and outside of one time where some people in the hallway were noisy, it was the absolute best

Everything was very clean and super guest friendly. The pool was open the first day of our stay and closed the second, that sucked for the kids. Other than that, would definitely stay again.

Unpopular opinion but the best part of this hotel is the location and the view from the rooms. The rooms are small, everything in is unnecessarily expensive, the parking is atrocious and expensive and they won’t even allow you have to a microwave in your room to warm up food bought in the expensive restaurants inside the hotel. I suffered a few inconveniences during this stay including internet outage that you have to pay for anyways. $200 night room and $18 a day internet is a complete atrocity. Theres an attached parking deck that remains closed as long as valet is open which is $55 a day the parking deck is $20. When the parking Deck is available the spaces doesn’t accommodate large suvs or pickup trucks. There are plenty of elevators but only certain ones service certain floors. When trying to request an elevator you will likely have to wait for four or five before getting one that goes to your floor. This shouldn’t be a problem at all for 4 star hotel.

The hotel itself is very nice. Felt very safe with my family here. I love that it was in walking distance to the world Congress center. It would be a good place to stay if you had to walk to the Hawks or Falcons game or if you needed to get to the mart. Want to mention you can walk to the Aquarium sports Hall of Fame and the Coke center once you park here and stay very convenient and able to walk to a lot of attractions. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Things I didn’t like was the room was kind of small for a family of four we had a double queen room, and the elevator was very noisy. I could hear the humming of it going up and down all night. What I did was the beds were very comfortable as well as the sheets has a fridge. The shower was nice. TV was great. The parking is expensive, but that is par for the course for any big city like Atlanta. We were on the 50th floor absolutely love the overlook of the city in the view.

I want to thank Stephanie for a great check-in. She was responsive to my needs and answered my questions. She went above and beyond and also called to remind me of the extra breakfast included in my stay. Otherwise, the room had a great view from the 42nd floor but reeked of smoke. I felt like I had stepped into an ashtray when we entered the room. I suggest they deep clean all rooms and get air purifiers. The bed was not comfortable. I stayed for 3 days and barely slept.

Everything is extra at the hotel, I.e breakfast, WiFi, observation deck. Pool wasn’t open the first day we were there and they didn’t tell us at check in that it was closed. Staff canceled our roll away bed without telling us l, we had to be all again after several hours (7 ) only to find out they needed to resubmit the request since it was cancelled. Staff literally do not care, no southern hospitality found here.

The furniture needs to be updated really bad. Noticed both the front and back of bathroom could use a coat of paint. The base that surrounds the bed is filthy and need replacement or paint pretty quickly, won’t hurt to renovate the shower/tile

My time at this establishment was the worst experience I’ve ever had traveling. Starting with the rude customer service when we called to inquire early check in and information with parking. We were told to park at your own risk then hung up on. Upon arrival to the hotel we checked in, went up to our room to drop our things off and check out the hotel and its amenities. After a while we return to our room to do our usual inspection and I’m so glad we did this because what we found was the most disturbing and horrific things. The toilet was filled with fecal matter that was clearly sitting there for months! I attempted to clean it but I couldn’t so I called and they came and had to scrub it for 13:17 minutes I timed it! It was that filthy. Fast Forward to me pulling the sheets back to lay down and the sheets were bloody! I was appalled. I called down to have someone come to the room to see but no one ever came. We packed up our stuff and went down to the front desk to check out after waiting for 20 minutes. We asked to speak to a manager and the manager Madison Gilbert refused to come speak to us or even look at the horrific pictures we had taken since no one came to our room. She had someone offer to change the sheets but because we felt ignored we still wanted to checkout. They then proceeded to charge us an additional $182 on top of the $440 we had already been charged, I guess it was deter us from checking out but we still checked out. We spent a total of 2 hours

Our room setup was perfect and the view was amazing. Lots of good food nearby. The online check-in process didn’t work, though. And our room had trash on the floor when we arrived - receipts, a used paper cup, and the room keys from the previous guests. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Love this place! Definitely staying here again when we go back to ATL in the summer. Shanice at the front desk was so warm and welcoming after we arrived. The hotel did not have rooms available even with a reservation and confirmation number. They asked that we still pay for the room and they would call when the room was ready. We stood in line for over an hour before even reaching an agent as mobile check in was not available. That is when we were informed for the first time that they had no rooms available of any kind. We waited an hour for the call back (as they suggested) but we had to cancel the entire reservation. This delay caused us to miss the engagement we traveled hours for. Very unimpressed on the service received today by Marriott. An email or phone call giving customers a heads up that no rooms were available would have been courteous. Wasted trip, money, and time.

Hotel was overbooked so my room was cancelled the day of leaving me to scramble to find another hotel. Other than that the hotel is great!

The Weston needs a facelift. We had great nights in 2016 and 2018, but 2024 had issues. Room was not ready for us. and the building and room were dirty. Not up to the standard we saw in 2018.

Staff are not very knowledgeable of what is going on in the hotel, I was lied to, and if he had been truthful I would not have stayed there, I stayed there several times in 1996 and it was great then, I will never stay here again..

We were only able to stay one night due to over booking. We were accommodated to stay a night at a nearby hotel and checking in the next was easy. We were in the 41st floor and enjoyed the view from the room. However, the bathroom and room were a bit on the smaller side. The room had a fridge but did not have a microwave. The location was in point and we had access to many options of places to eat and have fun.

I was skeptical how my stay would go from the recent reviews from others. It was a very busy weekend when I got ready to check in the line was extremely long. Other than that the room was clean and staff was nice.
