great location in Atlantic StationPosted Sep 22, 2015
Pros: modern, clean lobby, quiet hotel. Full kitchen
Cons: coffee maker was not cleaned out and the heating element was rusted.
Was just a quick trip but comfortable and close to what I went to Atlanta for.

Family getawayPosted Aug 23, 2015
Pros: Location, rooms with kitchens.
Cons: A consistent level of service from all employees
The hotel was 5 star from appearance and room was very comfortable with the amenities you would expect for the price. The day-time staff members were very friendly and accommodating. The biggest opportunity we had during our stay was after the shift changed to the second and third shift employees, the service level went down drastically.

Great location, best value for room sizePosted Aug 22, 2015
Pros: Location, size of room, refrigerator
Cons: Room was dusty. Could have been refreshened for my stay. There was trash in the hallway that stayed there for a while before it was removed.
Location: There are a ton of dining and shopping options in the area.
This hotel is in a great location. You get a mini apartment with multiple high end rooms.

Perfect location, clean and comfortable. Loved it!Posted Aug 10, 2015
This is the second time that I have stayed at the Twelve Atlantic Station. I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and quiet. I was very comfortable in my cozy bed and felt at home. I enjoyed spending time at the Lobby. The bar tenders were awesome. I only wished that there were more choices for a vegetarian. I definitely enjoyed my whole experience and would recommend it to my friends. I can't wait to stay there again!

Horrible place for the pricePosted Jul 28, 2015
Pros: Location - that's it
Cons: See my experience
Upon check in, we requested pots and pans - we did not receive them until 6 hours later after 2 more phone calls. They told my wife they were out of them and had to send someone to the store. Ice Maker was not working in the room the entire time and the staff made it sound like we were the problem when we asked for ice to be brought up. The first repair guy said we should have ice by morning which we didn't. The next day another repair guy came up and fixed it or so we thought. He said he'd be back in 30 minutes to check on it, but we never saw him again. The alarm in the room went off twice. We called the front desk and all the young lady who answered could say was that we have been having issues. It went off on Saturday night around 10 and was our wake up call at 7 the next morning. On the morning of checkout, the housekeeper walked into our room at 8 in the morning while we were still in bed. Keep in mind that checkout is at noon. For the price that we paid for this hotel, it was awful and I would not recommend it to anyone.

beautifulPosted Jul 22, 2015
Pros: clean pool, beautiful room,
Cons: pillows are travel size, no towels were available at the pool, paying to park, sad
Very clean, no towels at the pool, terrible pillows, still food in the fridge from last person, pay to park. I had a problem with the height of my vehicle. The front desk went out of their way to help. Having booked online I was unable to get info on the height of the parking garage. The young lady at the front desk found me a place to park off site, she was most helpful. The price of the facility you would expect a continental breakfast.

Great Place To Stay!Posted Jul 9, 2015
Pros: The pool and the beds were amazing!
Cons: The communications and the time the pool is allowed to be assessed.
Location: It's at Atlantic Station in downtown Atlanta and there is everything to do from high end dining, exercise, candy shops, shopping and movies!
I enjoyed my stay at Twelve Atlantic Station because it was convenient comfortable and affordable! As an Expedia rewards member I received some upgrades and gifts that made it all the more awesome. What wasn't so awesome was the beginning of the stay in which I was told that if I was not there with my 17 year old daughter and her friends (3 of them) they were going to be asked to vacate the premises! I felt that they could have expressed it in a better way. I work down the street and I checked in and left them a key to go in until I got back and was called at work to be informed of that rule. That was a terrible feeling. True the place is gorgeous, the price was amazing and the accommodations were amazing but the other situation has left me feeling poorly about the staff. Not the entire but the ones who addressed me.
