Very close to the heart of downtown attractionsPosted Oct 9, 2015
Location: The Tabernacle concert venue
This hotel is absolutely fabulous! I booked a one bedroom suite and was elated to walk into what looked like a full blown condo with a fill kitchen, full living room, a beautiful bedroom, an elaborate bathroom all with a breathtaking view of Atlanta! The staff was wonderful from checking in, valet, and checking out! By far best hotel we have ever stayed in!

Gang BangersPosted Sep 21, 2015
The hotel is very nice, great facilities and very accommodating staff, however, the clientele leaves a lot to be desired. There was loud banging and screaming in the halls at 3AM. There was a gang banger element in the hotel and even signs out front warning that the hotel has a policy of no firearms. Add to that, the fact that there is a tremendous number of homeless in the general vicinity and it leaves you, as a guest, with an uncomfortable feeling.

Road Noise!Posted Sep 18, 2015
Loved staying so close to downtown, for business at the convention center, but the road noise for rooms facing the highway is tough! The room was perfectly clean, but I was bummed there was only the large shower, no tub. I called the customer concierge, as the blow dryer in my room didn't work. They said they'd send a new one up, but as of 3 hours later, they still hadn't . The blow dryer was also really sticky and dirty, like left over "grime" from someone's hairspray or something. Oh well, my hair air dried and I got on with my day.

Nice new Centennial Park and downtown ATL hotelPosted Sep 1, 2015
Pros: New hotel wth great room layout with some nice details: water/ice in fridge door, great shower, comfy sofa lounge.
Cons: Include parking and breakfast with the room would be perfect. And the free wi-fi was slow, sluggish but rate the Twelve a 5!
Location: Centennial Park, Fairly Poplar historic district, MARTA rail stop links to everything. Mellow Mushroom pizza next door and Morton's Steakhouse nearby.
Stayed at Twelve Centennial for a meeting I had nearby downtown. Wanted a nice city retreat as a couples getaway and it was great. Stayed at the W next door a couple years ago and was rather lukewarm to the location right in the I-75/I-85 Connector but really enjoyed the location this time. Plus, unlike the W, Twelve is not a party hotel! I was happy they enforce a non smoking policy. Really enjoyed staying at the Twelve. Great in-house facilities (pool, bar, restaurant). We had a great bartender at the pool hut and the front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Thought the free hotel wi-fi was rather inconsistent and sluggish.

Nice clean hotelPosted Aug 31, 2015
Pros: Rooms are very spacious and clean.
Cons: The television could have more and better channels; also better reception.
Location: The hotel is next to a train station which makes it convenient to get to attractions.
The hotel was very nice; rooms were spacious and clean. Definitely noisy being in the city. If you're looking to relax and get a good night's sleep don't stay here. We had to call 3 times and wait over 4 hours for someone to finally bring us sheets for the sofa bed. When they finally arrived they were extremely rude and "put out" that we requested them.

Home away from homePosted Aug 26, 2015
Pros: It was so clean and the decor was excellent.
Cons: The coffee is to weak.
Location: You are walking distance from many restaurants. (Starbucks and Bars)
I was there for a business trip and enjoyed my stay, I felt as if I was home everyday I arrived from the office. And the restauarant was very Delicious and service was great. The pool is perfect to just unwind.
