2nd time I had stayed there One day my room was not cleaned. Everything else was very good

Great Location, access and Directions.

Pros: Cleanliness, stand up shower.
Cons: It was great
Location: Good access and location.
Went to Atlanta for nephew's graduation. My Sister-in-law recommended this hotel and it was great, clean, comfortable bed and very friendly staff. No issues. Would stay again.

Great experience. Security at night that constantly walks the hotel and parking lot so you feel very safe. Breakfast was wonderful. Will be staying here again on next trip.

Don't book through a third party site

My biggest complaint is we booked online through Trip Advisor which routed us through Expedia. When we arrived we were told our room would have two double beds. The booking was for a King bed and my comframation email states this. I asked why and was told it was because I went through a third party and it oversells sometimes. They had no other rooms available and our money wasn't refundable. So, my husband who is 6ft 2in, and I slept on a double bed and his feet were hanging off. They didn't offer any type of discount for the inconvenience and didn't even apologize. This is poor customer service at its finest!!!!!! I will NEVER book through a third party site due to this experience again.

Unfortunately when booking through a site such as Expedia, your room type cannot be guaranteed. We do our best to accomodate requests, but at full occupancy sometimes that is difficult. Additionally, when you book through a third party, prepaid reservation, all cancellations, and therefore refunds, must be made through them. We are sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. Air conditioner was very high pitched when it came on front desk said they could have someone work on within an hour or we could pack up and move rooms was not friendly I finially turned it off when I spoke to front desk at check out very rude

Very pleasant staff

Pros: I thought the breakfast was excellent, much better than I expected. Everything was clean and organized and delicious.
Cons: The room needed to be vacuumed thoroughly. There was a lot of dust.
Location: We were there to see a specialist at Emory so the location was excellent.
We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and had great attitudes. Everyone said "good morning" and asked how they could help us. The room, unfortunately, was very musty and dusty. Our daughter has a dust allergy and had to use her inhaler to be able to stay in the room. We could not open the window to get fresh air and had to use the air conditioner to try to air out the room.
