Great location for the Peachtree Race

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. This was our second stay, and it is a nice hotel.

I did not like this hotel and I will never stay here again. I've stayed in W hotels that were much better than this one.

Girls weekend

You can party at Whiskey Blue (our rooftop lounge), layout at our WET Deck (pool overlooking Atlanta's iconic Peachtree Street, and enjoy access to world-class shopping at Lenox Mall, Phips Plaza and the Buckhead Atlanta shopping district. Nice hotel close to the mall

The hotel was friendly, except for the barkeep who always appeared pre-occupied and not wanting to be bothered whenever we sat down and there were no patrons st the bar. And the shower had this gross buildup that clearly needed to be scrubbed away. Some of it washed away during our daily showers but it completely grossed me out and the water temperature was not consistent...sometimes hot sometimes lukewarm....I can't say I'd never stay there again but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Not what it used to be!

I've stayed at W's all over the world and this one in Buckhead many times and it's declined in almost every way. I used to say it was a solid 4 to 5 star and now it's not more than a 2 in my opinion.

Great location, maintenance needed, BAD service

Pros: LOCATION is amazing!!
Cons: service, housekeeping, parking, pricing
The parking situation is the WORST. You can pay $38 for valet, or go to the lot next door for self-park and pay $10 every time you want to move your car. The W does not own a lot for self-park so there is no daily rate. We went to the room after checking in & immediately noticed the light in the entry was flickering. How can you NOT notice that, right? We turned on the sink and water sprayed out everywhere. We took a shower and it filled up with water. There was NO housekeeping done to our room, despite the fact that we called (at 4pm when it hadn't been done) and asked for it to be done. They said (when we returned to the room at 9pm,) only if we vacated for an HOUR!! The price for the W is consistent with Marriott, Hilton, etc, but they nickel and dime you for internet & business center like I have never seen. The vibe is FABULOUS, like an Indigo, but the Indigo service is impeccable - and no nickel and diming for everything!!

Thank you for your feedback. You are correct in that we do offer valet parking to our guests for $38 per vehicle, per night, however, guests who prefer to self-park are still able to self-park in the neighboring lots (which are not affiliated with our hotel). We do provide daily style (housekeeping) service for all guest rooms. The only exceptions are a). if a guest has opted in to the Make A Green Choice program where they opt out of daily cleaning service or if the guest has accidentally placed a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the room door. We also have a great way to provide all of our guests with complimentary internet access. Just ask us how next time you're in tow!

W Hotel Buckhead -very average

Overall the hotel was fine. I would say it needs a major overall to bring it up to international standards. The hallways are dark and the room itself is very dated. It was a good location being close to the train station for a quick trip to either downtown or midtown without all the hassles of parking and traffic. Parking is an absolute killer at the hotel at $38 a day. There was no buffet breakfast and the ala carte breakfast was simply terrible with everything deep fried. After eating there once I decided to choose other places to eat.

Expected more.

I'm not sure how old the hotel is but the condition of the fixtures and bathtub needs s lot of work. Front desk was very attentive. Valet was no where to be found or clear where to find them so I drove to sign that said valet and I had to call to find out why no one was there. The valet guy had me maneuver through the parked cars in reverse instead of meeting me and taking my car. There was also a billing concern that I had. I was billed twice for the same room. Instead of calling me back the accounting team just emailed me back the same invoice and never answered my question. I called two other times and instead of calling me back she emailed me a response that showed she did not listen to my message.

The stay was excellent.. The hotel charged my card for the alcohol thats in the room that I didn't even touched. They haven't reimburse me so I won't be booking there again!!! They put a $200 hold on my card and only put $42 back on it which all I did was slept and washed in the room. The hotel itself is nice be someone is doing some stealing when it comes to paying
