Glam hotel with professional, attentive staff

Cons: Room service is very pricey.
Location: Location in Buckhead is close to a bunch of great restaurants.
I spent Thanksgiving in Atlanta with my son and we chose W for our stay. My room was comfortable; linens crisp and attractive. Front desk staff (especially Sean) were always cheerful and helpful. We loved it!

I did not feel I was in a W hotel. Also, on the day of check out which was at noon, housekeeping knocked on my door without even giving me time to respond. He opened the door while we were getting ready for the day. Valet did not even assist us and even asked them to hand over the keys in their office. We stood there for five minutes.

I'm so sorry to hear about the issues you experienced, including the housekeeper entering the room before you had time to respond and the timeliness and customer service issues you experienced with our valet team. I can assure you that we don’t brush your comments off and move on. We have extensive conversations, we meet with managers and talent and we re-train. I’m embarrassed by the poor level of service we provided and we will continue to work hard to make sure similar situations do not occur in the future.

This is not like other W hotels that are amazing

Pros: Not much
Cons: You should send someone to this hotel to inspect what they are doing as the bar is very low!
Location: It is in Buckhead
It was run down, room was average at best, smelled like Marijuana, room service was ice cold food, didn’t make up our room when we were gone, left tray in hallway for 34 hours. I had to check out my family in the middle of the night. Do not go here and think it will be like other “W” hotels that are amazing!!!

Nice clean hotel amazing staff weird shower

Staff was amazing. Hotel was extremely clean. Room was very modern and favored form over function. For example, The shower was beautiful but inconvenient to use. Bag of m&ms 7$ 20oz Dasani $5 valet $35 gives you an idea of prices

We do have a variety of different shower options (shower stall with glass door, shower stall with curtain, shower with a tub and curtain, etc) so we are more than happy to provide you with which ever bathroom floor plan you prefer for your next stay!

Cons: The famed bedding, a factor on which the W Hotel brand built its reputation, is a current element associated with the hotel that is lackluster.
The W Hotel brand pioneered or mastered the boutique hotel concept that still lives up to its billing.

The room smelled like corn chips and arm pits. Asked for febreeze, they says they'd come spray. Never did. No coffee pot in the room, bed is torturous and the base from the club is pounding through your pillow. Oh, and parking is $35/night. Awesome.

Valet parking is optional and we can certainly pre-place a complimentary coffee-maker in your room upon request. We can also request a quiet room for you next time. Pros: conveniently located, amenities, love that they have special fitness events (barre by the pool)
Cons: I didnt like the shower - you get wet turning on the shower
Location: Great location - close to restaurants, shopping it's great.
the room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable. Hotel has a cool vibe and very conveniently located near restaurants, shopping and entertainment

Thank you! We hold a FIT series of classes regularly at the hotel whenever it's not too cold outside and they are EXTREMELY popular. Weather-permitting, these classes are held on the WET Deck. Check out website for dates and times!

Room was small and uncomfortable mattress. Bathroom could use new paint as it was chipping.

This hotel is full of parties going from room to room. Gun warnings on hotel bar door.....you get the picture? Bring your bling to fit in.

Our brand platform at W Hotels is to provide a lively atmosphere that is also edgy and fun. We do have a DJ in the Living Room (Lobby) every Friday and Saturday night for our weekly Music.Mix.Mingle event. We also have Whiskey Blue, our rooftop bar with skyline views of Atlanta, which is typically a very lively atmosphere, especially on the weekends. Our hotel does have much more of a business clientele on the weekdays, however the weekends turn into a more leisure climate. We hope to see you again in the future!
