The elevator broke down the first day, I was staying at the 3rd floor. The breakfast its pretty basic and the coffee was terrible. have stayed in the Wyndham Orlando and its better by far

The flooring/carpeting is filthy and worn. Hair on bathroom floors. Also bathroom floors sticky after cleaning. Breakfast menu limited. But daytime desk manager/receptionist (man) was welcoming, helpful, accommodating. Best part of the visit!

The front desk associates were very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, this was overshadowed by the condition of my room and non-existent service from housekeeping. When I checked into room #209, I noticed a huge red stain on the carpet. I also noticed that the lamp shade on the desk was cracked. When I pulled back the covers on the bed there was a dirt (?) smear in the sheet. Unfortunately, I'd been traveling for 20 hours and didn't have the energy to deal with it then. I covered it with a towel and went to sleep. The next morning, I tried to call the front desk and the phone in my room did not work. I went to the front desk and let the attendant know. She was very polite and sympathetic and said she would have everything taken care of while I was out. I came back 10 hours later and housekeeping never came! I reported the issues again the next day and still nothing! I stayed three nights in all and my room was never serviced. I sincerely appreciated the politeness and empathy I received from the front desk staff. Unfortunately, it was completely useless. I travel to Alpharetta regularly on business. I will not be staying at this particular Comfort Inn again.

The first room assigned to me, had the bed halfway made up, with hair on the sheets and grease all over the desk. On my second assigned room, it was cleaner, but completely smelled like mildew throughout the entire stay. Also curtains were very dirty & shower water pressure poor.

People hanging aound the property. Laundry room was very busy. Room door was damaged from someone trying to enter the room without a key. Very dim room lights.

On the first night, customer service was fine. Person at desk was great. However, the two days, the staff was below average at best. One lady was on the phone while at check out. Wasn't pleasant. Room had outdated tables. Bathroom was fine. I would say the whole experience was average at best. Only go here if there is a discount. Do not purchase for full price. Only discount

I would come back again simply for the customer service. Nicholas was an excellent host and very helpful. Didn’t like the wake up call as I did not ask for it, told the receptionist but i still got the cal the next day.

Great service with clean rooms!
Mimi is a welcoming receptionist! She helped me with a room change that met my expectations and was understanding to my needs. The floor staff are also friendly and are happy to help with accommodations. One of the best hotels in metro Atlanta for the value!

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions for business trips in the past. The location is excellent and generally speaking, it has been a positive experience. But I am sad to say that this trip was a disappointment. The bed linens and towels were clean, but the room, itself, was NOT! The carpet was filthy and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed at all after the previous guest. The dresser top, desktop, and counters had a film all over the top apparently from using a dirty rag to clean them. And to top it all off, I went to put a few things in the dresser drawers and they were SO FILTHY I had to scrub them myself before putting anything into them. I will give this hotel one more chance because I have had better experiences in the past. Perhaps in this instance, it was just a poor maid service on the floor I was assigned. But if my next experience is similar, I will be looking for different accommodations during future business trips.

Some rooms are nice. Some rooms aren’t.
this hotel is is aging rapidly. The funny thing was that the pillows on the king bed on a king bed, even four 2 x 2 pillows the second day the pillows smelled and that’s it for me.
