My family and I went there and the guy at the front desk was so rude when I told him my fridge didn't work. Then our car got broken into and everything was stolen. Apparently it happens to outsiders all the time. They wouldn't let us see the tape. Overall the worst experience of my life. Differently don't not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I would like to offer my sincerest apologies for the problems you encountered during your stay at the Wingate by Wyndham. I am looking into it to ensure it does not happen again. However, it blackened your stay at our hotel, and for that I am sorry.
I hope that you was able to enjoy the rest of your time in Atlanta, once we sorted everything out. . I also want to offer you a 10 percent discount for the next time you visit our fine establishment.
We care about our guests at Wingate by Wyndham, and we hate it went there is ever a problem with one of our guests. I was embarrassed to have encountered such a problem with you, and I will do everything in my power to ensure it does not happen again. I know this does not help you, but I just wanted to let you know. Additionally, I hope you were satisfied with how the hotel employees handled your problem.
