The rooms are old. The elevator smelled like throwup in the morning. During the day, it smell like weed. The phone does not work in the room. Not even to call the reception. The bathroom doors in the room do not lock. The staffs were not friendly. My reservation checkin stated 2 pm. I got there at 2 and they stated I would have to pay $35 to checkin at 2 or wait until 3. I felt that was unfair especially my reservation says 2 pm. Eventually, I waited for 3 pm. Room service never came even though I was there 2 nights. When I asked the room service person for towels when I saw them in another room, they said go to the front desk. The breakfast is basically bagel and cream cheese and small muffins. There was cereal but no milk. Will never come back. So disappointing on my first time in wingate. I will stick to Marriott or Hilton.

Staying at this hotel was a complete inconvenience and disgusting mess. We arrived, checked in, but the elevators smelt of raid like they had smudged it on the walls. You could tell that they tried to do some renovation, but the hotel was still nasty on the inside. When we got to our room, we were there for an hour before we started to see roaches at the door. We immediately checked out and requested a full refund, but was told we would get one, but then turned around and denied the request because we booked through a third-party company. The third-party company reached out and tried to get us a refund, but the manager Al denied such. This was a big inconvenience to get up in the middle of the night, and have to find somewhere else to stay because of a hotel being infested with roaches! I plan to go to corporate of Wingate by Wyndham, because these people were very rude to us, and kept lying to us about the refund process. I will never stay in a room that is infested with roaches. And neither should you all.

Location was great, right next to freeway, restaurants and store. Rooms are dirty, hallways smell like cigarette and weed. False ad about having hot tub and indoor swimming pool, no guest laundry room, no phones in rooms, hard to get a hold of front desk. Phone number listed online is not in service, other numbers goes straight to voice-mail. If you want basic traveling without kids, just a place to sleep this is okay. Breakfast was only cereal, toast, coffee, tea and yogurt.

The room we stayed in was very outdated. The lamp was broken and there were stains on the dresser. We also saw several bugs when we entered the room. The breakfast was less than optimal. They only offered bagels, toast, yogurt, and dry cereal. We made do for the two nights that we stayed but we will probably not be back to this property. Very nice area around the hotel with lots of shopping and dining options and it was very convenient to Gas South Arena which was the reason for our stay. Overall I'd give it a 5/10 just because of the convenience factor.

This hotel is crap
What a crap hole hotel. Hallway stunk like Marijuana/nasty moist, couldn't see out the dirty window, tiles missing in toilet, bathtub was dirty, bedsheets probably not changed for weeks, couldn't sleep due to itchiness, nothing but old bread for breakfast, floor was tile and sticky. Avoid this hotel at any cost. I am surprised Wyndham allowed this hotel to advertise under its name. See the pictures if you don't believe me.
Nothing beside stale cereal and old bread.
This was more ing but in the evening the window glass was white  couldn't see through.
Stinky carpet, smelled like Marijuana.

Where this hotel is located at it’s in a really good area.Everything is right there.You don’t even got to get on the interstate for the mall.The only thing that I didn’t like about this property was it didn’t have a good breakfast.And the heater turned off more then I wanted so I had to keep getting up to turn it back on.Other then that I’ll give this hotel a 3.5 out of 5.

Not maintained as Wyndham hotel
First of all, this hotel smells really bad. We got a room with a broken microwave. We notified the hotel on its condition but they replaced it with a terribly maintained one. The maintenance person swiped the dusts with some wet rags but it just added a terrible smell to it. So we gave up using it for safety concerns. Lastly, the wifi didn't work and the manager on duty seemed to not know what to do.
