Upset because I was charged twice for the same room for a two night stay!! If I didn't checked behind them, I would have been out of $225. Then no towels or wash cloths in room after supposedly being cleaned.

To high for no amenities

There was no refrigerator, or microwave. The room was spacious but, it was not worth the price. Some renovations have been done but they could be better.

Refrigerators and microwaves are an easy fix, our Guest Services Team can have one delivered in less than 15 minutes, and these can even pre-arranged in your suite prior to arrival. I certainly do not hope this was the only reason we were not able to meet your expectations. The Wyndham Atlanta Galleria has some beautiful aesthetics that can only be found right here; we have a heated indoor & outdoor pool, outdoor fire pit, state-of-the-art fitness center, comfort, privacy, and a one of a kind service experience. I do hope you are willing to come back and enjoy the full Wyndham experience.

IHG revamp still needs revamping

Cosmetics are actually great! Staff is nice. The HVAC needs to be overhauled as the non smoking rooms smell like smoke. No refrigerator in room and outside chairs were filthy.

Should supply fridge without extra charge. Big spacious room. Add more coffee and tea supplies.

My favorite hotel

This was my second time staying at the Wyndham Atlanta Galleria. My stay was very pleasant. I only wish there was a refrigerator and a microwave in our room. But overall the hotel is a 5 star!!!

Poolside Room .... NO NO

The Wyndham ATL is beautiful and the staff was courteous. BUT the room we were assigned while it was clean and beautiful it overlooked the pool and the pool lights lit our room up all night, which would not have been an issue had the curtains been light cancelling curtains BUT they were NOT... the lights keep our kids up all night long.

II would have liked to see there to be a shuttle to and from the airport. The room was nice and the staff were helpful when asked a question.

Clean hotel, unfriendly staff

The hotel was clean, the location was nice and safe, but the majority of the staff seemed really rude. Talking to most of the staff made me feel like I was an inconvenience. We had to ask the front desk for an extra bed sheet three times before they finally sent one to our room. The indoor pool was great the first day we were there. The water was warm and was perfect for our kids, despite how cold it was outside. Unfortunately, it rained while we were in Atlanta, which dropped the temperature of the water pretty dramatically (because the pool continues outside). I don't fault the hotel for that. I only bring it up in for potential guests' sake.
