This is our second time here and as always it's amazing. The only issue we had was the pool being so cold but we were there in the dead of winter and not many people were there due to this. So I'm guessing the heated pool was turned off or it wasn't a heated pool. It was an unbearable cold. I don't blame them as I'm sure it's expensive to heat with very limited people staying during the winter. Please let the guests know of this though. Regardless, my stay was amazing and had the place all to ourselves. Can't wait to go back!!!

Raggedy room.
Wyndham resort property with low budget motel quality. Very disappointing. Furniture was disgusting, window broken, stove would not turn off and had to turn off fuse box. Definitely would not recommend. Also, have to pay a separate 9$ a day for parking per vehicle.

The room was great except there was a clicking noise all night from the AC that kept waking us up. There were also thin walls and we could hear the neighbors going in and out of the room. Overall it was a good stay and would consider staying here again

Pros: the location was really good. Pretty close to everything you'd want to do in the area. Walking distance to the beach with a nice access area. Two outdoor pools, one indoor and a hot tub. Cons: very, very noisy. They put the hotel stays at the back of the property as the time share people are toward the front. Our bedroom was probably 50 feet from the main road and you could hear every car passing by. Very, Very noisy. Extremely thin walls. We could hear everything the guests beside us were doing. Wasn't a huge issue as they weren't terribly loud but I could see it being a problem if you had loud guests beside or above you. We'll probably try a different place next time we visit.

We happened to stay in the same room we had last year. The same kitchen drawer that was missing last year is still missing, the same bedroom light fixture that was broken last year is still broken, and this year the light in the bathroom over the tub is flickering badly. I question the level of maintenance here. Also, as of April, there is a $9 per night parking fee! Pricey enough without nickel and timing the guests. Add the parking fee to the rate!

This is a very clean property. The rooms are well kept and we found everything worked. Like anybolavmce near salt water sticky gritty door tracks can be an annoyance but are to be expected. The inly thing that you should remain aware of is that parking costs extra, but there are no hidden condo fees that jack the price way up.

We stayed here for a long weekend with my wife and two kids. The property and rooms were adequate. Nothing special but with beach access on site and a great location it met our needs. Everything was clean. We had an issue with our hot water not working the first night but maintenance promptly fixed it the next day and the staff communication was very good. All and all it was a good fit for a long weekend and would book again for that. I’m not sure we would stay for an entire week though.

Large condo unit that was well equipped and comfortable. Large outdoor and indoor pool. Hot tub not working well and mini golf course was in terrible condition.

A vacation spot worth returning to.
My boyfriend and I decided to go to Atlantic Beach on a last minute getaway and could not believe how lucky we were to find this gem of a property! We were amazed at the size of the rooms. I have lived in apartments that were smaller than the 1 bedroom unit we rented. It was very clean and well kept. Updated features and furniture. I was thrilled to see a full-size refrigerator and oven in the kitchen. We also had a full-size washer and dryer in our unit. Can you say, "BONUS"? I was expecting a run-down community style laundry room. We didn't get an opportunity to use the pools, but we did walk by all 3 of them and they appeared to be well-kept. The mini-golf looked a bit rough, but the tennis courts and basketball looked to be in great shape. We can't wait to return. We fell in love not only with the area, but with the Atlantic Beach Resort as well.

Everything was good as far as the rooms, the property, the pools, beach access. I wish they had a later check out hr . 10am check out is too early for a family with 3 children, I’m used to checking out at 11am, it does make a difference for us parents that are trying to get the most of the trip.

I read the reviews before we went and spoke to a friend who had just stayed a couple of weeks prior and this property is very family friendly. Yes it is a bit dated. Sometimes the units have some issues that need attending but not serious (a light bulb out or loose faucet handle at least our unit did). Overall a great stay! We will be back! A lot of things are walkable from the site. The beach access is great and the beach is quiet and no where as busy as our northern beaches.

Beach stay!!
Family get away for the week. We enjoyed! Just one hiccup if you book on hotel.com it does not take in account of resort fee so when I checked in there was additional cost of $12 a day. I did not see that when booking, however I did know about parking fee. It is a long hike to beach gate try to book a place next to entrance but you can park next to it! But over all wonderful experience!

Finding it was a bit tricky as sign on road says "Pepper Tree" but once I found it, wonderful property. Great check in staff and everything on property well maintained. Text messages regarding pool status were super helpful. Can't wait to return!

This property was nice and the staff was great. The room was not as clean as it should've been. The floors were extremely dirty to the point I ran out and purchased socks for my kids to walk around the room in. Also, the beach towels that were provided in the room were not clean. The people above us were extremely loud with stomping and throwing things on the floor all night. The first night I didn't know who to report the issue to since the office was closed. So, I got maybe 2 hours of sleep. The second night, I did contact security and they handled the issue immediately. Overall, my stay wasn't bad, but it wasn't as great as I expected it to be.
