Decent hotel, looking it's age

We only stayed one night as planned. It's a decent hotel but the room decor is showing it's age, as is the plumbing. The hotel charged us an extra $10 to checking in early despite the room not being available! They were then unable to call or text me to let me know when the room would be ready as it wasn't a US number. I think in 2015 this shouldn't really be an issue for any hotel. Included continental breakfast was a $9 credit per person at their cafe, which was quite welcome. All in all, an OK stay bur nothing special.

It's close to everything right in the middle

We had a great stay Anthony who checked us in gave us a great room probably one of the best I have ever stayed in being just an average woman single mom I was very appreciated and excited that he gave us a suite I'd like to thank Anthony and let him know it was greatly appreciate it even though we only had it for short time...

Cons: old hotel needs to be reverbished
It took over an hour for Bally's to finally let my daughter in to our confirmed room . What nonsense. The night before my wife check and they told her we didn't have a reservation. Finally after 20 plus min. on the phone they found it. My call and later email to expedia was met with zilch. NO service at all.

It was definitely centrally located to everything but we had a "non smoking " room that reeked of smoke!!! Elevators were not working very well either. I would say it was worth the 90 bucks special we got.

Our room was acceptable but not wonderful. The carpet was torn and stained but clean. Very clean linens. Terrible shower head and water pressure.

Nice but outdated

Pros: Great Views!!
The hotel was nice but it was really outdated. We got a smoking room because that was all that was ready for early check in and there were burn marks on the floor. We waited 20 minuets for the elevator every time we went down stairs from our room.

Pros: location
Cons: needs to be renovated, updated.
hotel is dated and unfortunately had an unpleasant odor. very convenient to be right on the boardwalk and beach, but the hotel itself was disappointing.

Horrible spa

I have never been to such a disappointing spa. Horrible. Nothing compared to the Revel :(
