Took over 30 minutes for me to find a staff member for check in at 8:00pm. Then I was told that my room was never paid for, even though I paid through Expedia. I was charged twice, and charged at a higher rate from Red Roof. Then my original room I selected was unavailable. My new room was made up but obviously not cleaned. Dusty floors, urine still in the toilet. I called the desk with no answer. I could’ve dealt with the loud neighbors and barking dogs, but the awful service put me over the edge. Will not return, already cancelled my next trip planned for a week later.

Honestly the worst place I ever stayed at.Assigned me a room that was used.Didn’t have any more rooms available.So had to wait for someone to allegedly clean the room.Which was a horrible job.The jacuzzi in the room didn’t work….You had to open up the toilet and pull the chain to flush it.The door to the room didn’t lock at all.The hallways was borderline abandoned status.Please save your money & stay elsewhere

Roach & bedbug infested
Please avoid this roach and bedbug infested hotel. Upon check they did not want to honor any booking by expedia or hotels.com. lost that money and paid cash and the price was 40 more than what I originally booked. Got to the room and saw 3 big roaches scatter. Found more behind the fridge and dresser. Checked the bed found 6 large bes bugs, blood stains and bedbug eggs. Went to the front desk informed them and they refused to change my room or give me a refund. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time no matter how cheap the rooms are advertised.

Never in all my years or the thousands of hotel stays Ive had have I ever met such a deplorable, heartless, gutless, cheap, hypocritical and inhumane human until I gave this hotel a try. Only because it was on a special through the app and THANK GOD because had i paid what this man charges at the counter I would have been even more let down. Folks if you have money DO NOT spend it here. It has the image of a nice place until your inside and its gross. They dont even try to clean it up or throw some paint over the walls. Right off the bat he gives me the room without a bathroom light since i got it at a discount. But when i went, it was the smoking room on special. The room was sad. The wallpaper is peeling up and down in every corner and it was hard sleeping with whoever was beside or above me moving things around. But the next night it again was the least expensive on the app so i went and this man was a piece of work, so he gives me this confused look and says "last time you had the smoking room. You need to take smoking room again." I didnt agree with his opinion but i asked is it a difference of ten bucks loke on the site? Nope..30. Lol what? No and he doeant refund PLUS he did something to the reservation so i couldnt just update it there. I wasnt about to be put $55. Long/short of it is if you have 90 for a room, the other hotels for that price are the nice ones. Not this. Expedias customer support saved the day on this and put me up elsewhere. Big props to Expedia!

The staff I encountered were very friendly. The room was clean. We had a good supply of towels. The room had a refrigerator and coffee pot with coffee. It also had a hair dryer, but that did not work. There were no ice machines, but the clerk gladly gave us a couple of sandwich bags with ice in them. I was looking for an economy stay in a clean place. The visit met my expectations

The worst stay ever!
Awful! Shower didn’t work, green water coming from bathroom faucet, there was hair clogged in the bathtub, toilet did not flush, the manager gave us a plunger when we notified her, complained about my dog barking when they’re supposed to be pet friendly (wasn’t my dog barking excessively). There was a huge hole in the wall, the AC was leaking, fridge and ice machine was not working. For $90 a night was way too much for this dump. Checked out a day early due to these conditions and not being able to bathe! I was refused a refund and manager was rude, no hospitality whatsoever. Book elsewhere for sure! It’s absolutely disgusting!

The room was disgusting mold in the bathroom. It was outdated and the comforter had spaghetti sauce all over. It looks like it was never changed. The smell was absolutely horrible. We walked in stayed five minutes and we walked right back out and went to a Holiday Inn.

I didn't like being threatened by the front desk agent. He was very disrespectful. My room didn't have all the amenities that it should have had, like the microwave, coffee machine, etc..I had a smoking room, so that was the only thing that I was ok with.

Horrendous, should be shut down by the health dept
DO NOT stay here if you: Want to see your deposit back. (They kept mine for zero reason) Want to be able get ahold of the front desk for any needs between 12am-6am. They are impossible to find for any actual emergency needs to do violence from patrons unless it’s during daylight hours and then they are helpful (they leave a sign on the front desk with an emergency number saying they are busy helping others in another place of the hotel and, and it never picks up because they leave that phone to ring behind the front desk. You can hear it) Want bathroom floors that don’t have large areas of several full sized tiles that are chipped, cracked, caving in like a sponge floor Want to avoid seeing open chunks of walls left unrepaired Want to be able to walk through the stairs in the back to the second door to the building and not see a massive dragged line of splattering paint left as if it’s been there for 10 years. Or if you don’t want to feel like you’re walking through a back alley way in there. Want to feel like housekeeping looks behind things, up and over in order to remove prior patrons personal items Want working WI-FI DO stay here if: You need a quiet hotel. It is definitely that. Like friendly staff. They are definitely that. Need an comfortable bed. It was great. Need a decent sized bathroom so you’re not squished moving around eachother to get ready, etc. Plenty of room. Need a big bathtub. Larger than that for sure.

Pick your second choice hotel lol
Checked in noticed tv was left on .. That was the set up only to find trash can was never emptied .. only 2 towels 3 random size old flat pillows omg And the older gentleman at the front desk was totally rude. . Never again. save your money please. They will create reasons to keel your 100$ deposit. Oh fitness room is down "under construction also the pool is down. This place is a rip off..

Staff at this property was amazing. Made sure my family and I had everything we needed and accommodated us greatly. I had absolutely no issues. I was even late checking out of our room which was a suite and AMAZING, and gave me no troubles. Thank you red roof inn/Galloway NJ and shoutout to our housekeeper, she was a wonderful person as well 🤗

The tv didn’t work and the bathroom was dirty. The tub wasn’t finished and had holes in it where the jets was suppose to be. The shower looked like they just put sheet rock up and spackled it. It’s was painted at all. We paid to much money to stay in a place that wasn’t worth it. I’m very disappointed.

Sit was conveniently located right off the garden state. Lobby was hard to access as the doors were not automatic. Lobby was small. Only had a couple of luggage carts. The ice machine was broken and you had to ask to use the bathroom by the lobby. Desk staff/ owners were nice. Other entrance down the hallway by the parking lot closed after 8 pm. Parking was far from the entrance. There was pretty much nothing for continental breakfast aside from cereal. Room did have a fridge and microwave though the microwave had a missing part so the glass plate did not rotate. Wi-Fi was not good ended up using my phone as a hotspot.

I will start with the customer service of individuals working here was wonderful especially the front desk. However, the room smelled of cigarettes and pinesol despite being a non smoking room, we had constant issues with the tv (was fixed though) and the shower had weird stains. Overall, not terrible for the cost!
