If I ever go back to AC I would stay here again

Everything was perfect, friendly staff, cleanliness was impeccable. Breakfast was another 10. The only issue that I would point out (and this is not the hotels fault) is that the guests stank the hotel hallways with MJ. Other than that, everything was OK

Pros: Location, affordable price, breakfast
Cons: Management level need to review their hotel staff activity
Location: Casino
The hotel staff was in our room eating when we checking in, I don’t know why she can’t eat in dining room.

First Impression is EVERYTHING!

This hotel looked so horrible from the outside, I didn't bother to check in. The traffic of people that was hanging outside on the property, made me think, you can rent a room by the hour. The parking lot on the side street is unsafe, dark and unattended. I just could not see me laying my body on those sheets, based on what I seen from the outside. The building, windows and curtains looked dirty. DO BETTER BEST WESTERN!!

I want a refund had to walk up 4 floors elevator broke and TV broke and someone hit my car in parking lot

Great Stay at BW Envoy Inn! Friendly staff!

BW surpassed my expectations, as rooms were clean, nicely renovated, and comfortable. Hotel had free breakfast which is rare in AC. An issue I had before I arrived, I woke up to a fraud alert from my credit card company. They claimed they detected fraud as the hotel tried to charge my card before I arrived. Hotel staff explained they run/charge the cards in advance to make sure guests are coming in on Fri/Sat. Took several call attempts to reach front desk. Two men at check in were friendly and hospitable. I'd say all of the staff I encountered was friendly and pleasant. A special kudos to the woman at breakfast who rapidly prepared waffles for anyone who wanted one, Breakfast overall was just okay though, as the sitting area was tight and the sausage was terrible and inedible. The eggs weren't much better. The waffles were good and I also had yogurt and danish. Free breakfast in AC is a plus! Parking was tight late at night and I did have to park behind the hotel at night due to parking lot being full. The hotel had all the exterior doors locked which helped us feel safe. We all liked our two rooms, 320 and 322, which were adjoined. They were smoking rooms but didn't smell of cigarette. We enjoyed our stay, slept well, were happy we chose the BW Envoy Inn, which was a good value, and perfectly situated. We walked to the boardwalk and to Resorts and Bally's. Our stay surpassed my expectations with good hospitality by staff and renovated rooms!

RUN! NO HEAT IN THE ROOM. HAD TO USE SPACE HEATERS

No heat in the room! Liquor bottle left in the corner of the room. I booked the room earlier in the week. When I checked in, I was told there was no heat in the room and Mgmt put a space heater in there. When we actually got in the room, it was an ice box. The space heater did absolutely nothing! The hotel had my contact information, but never reached out to me to give me the option to find another hotel. ALSO housekeeping did a poor job at cleaning because there was an empty liquor bottle left in the corner on the floor. NEVER AGAIN!!! I will pay more for a quality hotel.
