The property does not match the advertisement on Expedia. While the front staff was accommodating and helpful, the property is long overdue for upgrade, maintenance and a good cleaning.

I like the fact that the family that I believe is running it is wonderful, I appreciate having a clean room being able to take a hot shower clean is my main concern, and convenience and it's everything just very thankful.

Property looked very nice outside and everyone was very friendly. Room on other had was not great wallpaper need to be taken down was falling off the walls. Pants was coming off the doors and furniture. Bath was very dirty look brown and black stains. The sank had what looked like burns all around the rim. Lots of wholes in wall in bathroom look like from hanging up things then removing possibly. There was a half empty drink in window. The chair had stains on it. Heat would only blow hot air when first turn on and then would blow cold air. Was no one in office when checked out women who I’m guess was housekeeping meet us as we where coming down stairs and asked for key. Further more we both end up going to urgent care because we broke out in rash and bumps all over both are arms and according to urgent care they Were bed bug bites. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

That is a smaller hotel not too many rooms which is perfect because there’s not so many people staying at one time and it’s not a lot of noise the parking lot is very quiet and easy to get into the highway it’s perfect

The property needs some work done. It’s definitely seen better days I’m sure. The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling. The door only had the digital keycard lock and a cheap chain. I was traveling with my daughters and felt a little nervous being in a city we’re not familiar with. However for the cost, you can’t go wrong. It’s not luxury, it’s convenience.

Truly a budget motel
What the motel lacks in modernization it makes up for in service. Everyone was so friendly there. Yes the motel is dated and could use some updates and minor repairs, the caulk around our tub needed to be redone, but its one of the cheapest places around to stay. Don't expect holiday inn apperances at half the cost.

Place was horrible! Needs some serious renovation. However the only good thing was Our host was nice enough to allow us an early check in and welcomed us properly. There is black mold everywhere, walls were falling apart, the door doesn’t close all the way. Just needs a lot of work

Excellent Manager and Staff!
The manager and staff were excelllent - but the premises need serious work to refurbish and bring it to par with present day motels and hotels. The owners of the property should put back some of the money they earn into remodelling the run down bathrooms, rooms, wallpapers, furniture, floors, carpeting, etc. The threshold of the door of the room next to mine was held together with duct tape. I wonder how this property ever passes routine inspections. The manager was super friendly and helpful and so were the staff. I would give them 10 out of 10! The linen, pillows, bedsheets, towels were also 10 out of 10.

The AC did not work. Their was trash everywhere outside. Their was belongings of customers everywhere in hallway on second floor including : clothes, shoes, boots, beer cans, trash. Sheets to bed were stained, ripped and holes in them.

This is such a cute hotel. The owner was extremely nice. He let me check in 3 hours before check in time. The room was very clean. Great location. I will definitely stay here again, it was a great value.

The air conditioner had mold in it and the room specifically said no smoking but had a sock over the smoke detector and smelled of smoke. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I was arriving late and leaving early, so I needed something cheap for a few hours. I guess this worked. The bed and linens were immaculate, but, honestly, the property is run down. The carpet was worn and frayed, the refrigerator had mold in it, and when my wife went to use the hair dryer, it fell off the wall. This hotel is not for families.
