We spent a total of 2 nights there on a recent trip. We checked in very late on the first night & requested a crib, the crib they brought up was broken & very old with a drop side, needless to say the baby did not sleep in it. The second night was a nightmare! The crib was in a little better shape, but the toilet was not flushing when we called the desk we were told there was no maintenance man available but we could come down & get a plunger. I needed to print boarding passes but their computer in their business center wasn't working. To top it all off, doors were constantly slamming shut throughout the night & the sound resonated through the room.
