I do apologize as we rarely get any reviews such as yours. Our housekeeping staff is normally top notch. I hope you informed the front desk staff so they could change your room. I am sure the housekeeping manager would have checked into your complaint . Thank you for advising us.

Hotel near airport

The hotel and the staff were terrific. The room was very clean and in good condition. The bathroom fan was a little noisy but everything else was very good. The front desk staff was top notch and the breakfast food delicious. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to area.

Good hotel. Room was clean, staff was wonderful and it's only 15mins away from AC!

It is important NOT to have the electronic key card near your cellphone, as it will deactivate the keycard.

Thank you for staying with us. We provide guests with a keycard sleeve to keep their keycard in. It is best to not place your electronic key right next to your phone as it does sometimes deactivate your keycard. Good hotel, great staff.

Pros: Breakfast and the staff..
Cons: Updates to rooms.....old and worn out.....But clean.
Location: Diner in front of hotel, Boscovs shopping down the street as well as movie theaters...
The staff is great, the rooms are clean but the whole place needs updating. They are working in the lobby and coffee area with a fresh new look but the rooms need help..The furniture is old the tables need to be replaced and the exhaust fan if way to noisy...The TV and remote look like leftovers from 15 years back and work but difficult to use...It's to bad the place is good but needs updating.....

Our TV's are all flat screen's installed within the last few years and we have Comcast as our cable provider. All of the remotes are Comcast remotes. Comcast is the only cable provider in our area. You must press power and TV to work them. Guests who also have Comcast are used to the remotes. They may be different from what you are used to in other areas of the US. We do have instructions in the room or our staff will be happy to assist you. We have renovated a majority of our guestrooms and just completed a renovation in our lobby and Coffee Spot. I have stayed with you before when visiting family and would stay again. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Every employee we met was friendly and helpful.The complimentary breakfast was actually good. I usually do not recommend anything to friends as people have different expectations, but I would freely recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks for such great service. A++

This is our "goto" hotel in the area

Good as expected. Hotel is old but has all the amenities we need. Simple but good hot breakfast including a wafflemaker. Room was clean and the front desk people were very friendly and efficient.

We have been a part of the community for 30 years but we are constantly renovating and updating our rooms and public areas.
