Relaxing & Family orientated

This was myself and my fiancé first time visiting this property. We chose it got the balcony and kitchenette. We arrived in time for the 4pm check- in. We waited 2 HOURS for our room to be cleaned. I had perishables and medicine that needed refrigeration. They offered no solutions but was adamant that we would not receive any compensation for the lost two hours. This is not how you treat customers. I feel sorry for the owners of this property. I will be writing a detailed letter to corporate Headquarters in regards to this. I had to administer my fiancé diabetes medicine in the public bathroom because she had to have it by 5pm. Then to top it off. We were told the pool will be opened fir the adult swim at 9 pm to 10pm. We get there at 9:15 and it’s CLOSED! Very disappointed!!

Check in was not on time and staff at front desk need improvement on courtesy and welcoming guests.
