Overall a great stay.
Did a great job remodeling. Aesthetic is beautiful and cozy. Pool was great. Front desk staff amazing. Room could be a little cleaner. Stains on the wall like someone threw something and it was half cleaned, comforter had some staining. Would definitely stay again though, maybe cleaning staff had a off day.

Great place to stay!
The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. The room was exactly what we needed and very close to the beach/boardwalk. The pool was perfect (very clean) and the live music was a nice touch. Thank you for a fabulous stay in OC. We will be back!

I have some pros and cons with the hotel. The FORUM was by far one of the cleanest inns I've ever stayed so far in the ocean city area and I've stayed in a lot of inns. Best thing was that their bedrooms have many pillows which is great for our backs and I didn't even need to request for some. One thing I did not like which was a little disappointing was the check in time. Check in was at 4PM which is much later than other hotels/inns. I was told that I would get a text once the room was available but I did not get any and just checked in at 4PM anyway. Another downside also on my end was that they weren't so friendly with extending parking. Checkout was at 11PM and I had requested if we can still park in their lot since we wanted to stay in the beach for at least till 12:30 or 1PM and didn't want to pay extra for parking. The guy in charge did not allow this and his reasoning was that they had checks in already. But mind you, check ins do not even start till 4PM and early check ins (without checking in the rooms) do not start till 12:30, which is about the same time we were going to leave anyway. So I had to move our car across the building and pay extra $15 to stay for only another hour and pay extra for the beach tags which I was going to return the hotel beach tags anyway once we actually leave. The inn across it and a block away from it will allow you to park for at least till 1pm without having to move your car.

Hotel staff was great! Friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location close to the beach and boardwalk. The only problem we had was with the bathroom door. The barn style door is cute but not very functional, it fell off several times. The staff was quick to fix it.

They did an excellent job upgrading the space, making it a nice location to stay. The only issue was with closing and opening the bathroom room, even though the room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious. The motel is located close to the boardwalk, and it is accessible by foot to a dining establishment.

Booked the suite and it was very clean either newer interior. You can tell the property is investing in aesthetics and improvements. It’s close to the beach / boardwalk and retail options on Asbury so very convenient place to stay.

The property was clean and in a great location. Had many new renovations. Only suggestion would be to switch up the doors on the balconies since you had to keep it propped open or you would get locked out. Would definitely stay again.

Updates to bathrooms
I suggest that for older customers that the bathrooms be updated with: grab bars and a shelf for soap and/or shampoo. Also I suggest hooks be placed on the wall right outside the shower curtain to place wet towels after showering.

This motel is two blocks from the boardwalk and beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms seem newly renovated. There is a pool area and decks for relaxing as well. The entire Ocean city area is family friendly clean with plenty of activities. We’d come again for sure.

Poor remodeling job. See attached photos
Rooms were redone poorly. The curtains did not cover the window fully. All night we had very bright lights while sleeping. Day people could see our room. Little privacy. I asked to change room they said no. Then told us maintenance has gone for day and can’t help. They I asked for a late checkout they said no. Lots needs to be worked on there. I even asked for a refund and they laughed.
