The staff and customer service were excellent. However the rooms lack up to date amenities. No USB ports for chargers and no microwave. The lamp shades were falling apart. The vent in the bathroom was full of dust. The shelves in the shower had mildew like buildup. And there was dust caked on the outlets. I checked out at 4am instead of 11am.

Very old, rooms had layers of dust on the nightstand, lamp dressers were visibly dirty in the front like they hasn’t been wiped down in years refrigerator didn’t get cold

Staff told us stuff that was not true,twice, like they didnt know what they were talking about when answering our questions. There was dust everywhere,questioning if the room had been cleaned at all. The bed and bedding were clean,bed was comfortable. They may be under renovations,supposedly, but the room we were in had mars on the edges of furniture, and the whole baseboard under the windows was peeling, ? Like maybe it got wet?? The text message they sent said i had to respond with some kind of lane code to exit, looked around for that, couldnt find it, but then the gate was open to leave. They may want to put older people away from families. We were in a room that could have been used as a conjoining room, there were small children in the next room,screaming and crying, and a man yelling at them, at 145am and 3am, seriously. And you could tell these were younger children. The hallways did smell fresh.

There were dustwebs (years of build up) around the bed... you can tell!!! This hotel has not have an UPGRADE/REMODELING/ FACELUFT SUNCE YH EARLY 90S.. GROSS

My room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. I shouldn’t have seen any “little hairs” all over the bathroom floor. Or in the shower for that matter. The bed was super uncomfortable

Smaller Casinos are always better. We stay at the Golden Nugget when we are near AC and the price is right. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. We usually eat late and they always have a restaurant open and the food is good. This stay we ate at Lillies (the chineese restaurant) it is usally open at least till Midnight. We also enjoy the live music at the Rush lounge, and will goto the deck when it is open during the summer. Check in took about 5 minutes and to check out you just drop your room keys in the box. Parking is $5 but olif you have a players card (any level card) parking is free. They do have someone stationed in the parking garage to help anyone that has an issue when trying to leave the parking garage, unlike Harrahs.

Nice grounds. Loved the hotel, the staff was very friendly. Only complaint was how paper thin the walls were and finding a random used contact lens in the bathroom, yikes.

During check in the heat did not work, no brackets & the room was not clean (bathroom has mold, mildew, stains spots on the shower door & sink faucet. We informed the front desk and the found lady was going to move our room however the manager walked over and said he would have everything fixed to accommodate as the room should be. After returning to the room the heat does not work, everything else the same. We will not be staying here again.
