We arrived a little before 11pm to check-in and the lobby was mobbed - line wrapping all through and utter chaos. When I finally spoke to someone I was told that the room I reserved ( 2 double beds for 4ppl) was no longer available?? All they had was a room with 1 king bed and they did not have any cots available and told us there was nothing they could do! 4 adults in 1 king bed! Ridiculous. Never coming back.

Horrendous doesn’t even explain how bad my experience at this hotel was. I will never step a single pinky toe near this place again. It was dirty, the rooms were old, I felt unsafe, there was nowhere to eat but junk and vending machines, and the staff was nasty. When you check in and ask the desk clerk if your room is nice and he says “its okay I would stay there is I had too” thats not a good sign! I should have left at that point instead of insisting on an upgrade to a safer cleaner tower that still wasn’t good! On one hand I appreciated his honestly on the other what kind of establishment is this!!! I wish I never booked here and I never will again. What a waste of money! My room wasn’t updated and Smelt stale. That was when it didn’t smell like the absurd amout of marijuana that was coming in thru the hallways.

Stayed one night in waterfront tower. Room was a nice size, comfy and cozy. Food was overpriced, ate at Bobby Flay’s burgers. Burgers, fries and soft drinks for two people was almost $60. Self parking was $10. Uber to boardwalk hall and back was reasonably priced and convenient. I’m not a fan of AC but I would stay here again just for a quick getaway

I was expecting more. The pictures online made it seem more luxurious. Charging guess $10 to use a pool is crazy. I have a feeling the staff is not cleaning the rooms, because when I got there someone food was still in the fridge. If house keeping didn’t bother to check that can you imagine how many other corners they will cut. Will try another hotel when I return to AC. Any staff I spoke to was nice so that’s the only positive.

Greetings, our room number was 840. Upon checking in our room was filthy. Bathroom unclean and trash in all the garbage cans. The bed was partially made so we didn’t touch anything we called for clean sheets and told them the rooms condition.

Beautiful facility, easy to park and many options for bars and food. If you don’t smoke, there are non smoking areas that are comfortable and clean.

They shut off the hot water in my tower and waited to notify at 11:40 and offered to move to another tower but it was too late and I was in bed. Many advertised restaurants were closed or under renovations. The gym sucked with many machines broken and no instructions for use. Outrageous not to be able to shower.

The hotel was too busy. There must have been a cheerleading competition in town, there were hundreds of loud children everywhere! It was impossible to use the elevators and the hotel has stairs that lead to nowhere but the second floor, in employee only territory. The tiny bed pillows were also horrible.

First time staying in costal tower and the hallway was scattered with old towels, trash and blankets from days prior. We arrived later at night and in no way early. The next morning the same items were still outside. There was a ton of hair in our shower and on the toilet. Literally shocked as I’ve stayed here before but in laguna tower and never had ANY of these issues.

I stayed in an office very nicely upgrade room. The bathtub was deep and huge and the shower was amazing as well. The bed was so comfortable that I would book again just to sleep it.

The rooms I had was not clean. The carpet was filthy & sticky, handprints was everywhere, nothing was wiped down, there was dried urine on the floor at the toilet, haur was in the tub, dirt was left behind from prior visitors and the wash rags was dirty. They gave us another room & a$50 credit for food and changed our room but that room was not cleaned as well. I didnt feel like complaining again so, we just made the best of it. We cleaned our own room. Luckily I always bring my own cleaning supplies. That was unacceptable! Housekeeping isn't doing their job properly. Would I stay there again? NO

You get charge even for WiFi for the TV channels, the pool is a mess you can’t take your kids there because is only 21 to get in the pool they don’t charge you for the oxygen you breathe because they haven’t found a way. The bathroom fan was broken, when I got to the room there was no remote had to call and wait almost an hour to get one.

I stayed for 2 nights and the phone wasn't working when I tried to order room service. So I had to call the front desk from my cell phone and I was told that someone would be up shortly to fix the problem and no one even showed up. I called back the next day and was told the same thing and once again to no avail. Finally after many attempts and going to the front desk i was told the same thing once again. And after hours someone finally showed up and said that the phone was broken and he never returned with a replacement. I spoke with the manager and he was very condescending about the situation and basically said that the cant be fixed and wasn't going to replace. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

They had express self check in kiosk, at least three of them was out of service. But then, once you used it, you didn’t get a key, we still had to go speak to a customer service rep. Would have liked it better if they had a few more options for food, but over all the stay was great.
