First time my wife and I stayed here and it was excellent. The room was nice and roomy and very clean. The indoor pool and hot tub was a huge plus for us. The breakfast buffet that is offered every day was fresh and the offerings were very delicious. The staff that filled and maintained the breakfast area were so friendly and we loved talking with them every morning. We stayed at the hotel for business and will definitely stay again when we go back.

For the price, I was disappointed. I was traveling with my two daughters (one a teen and one an adult), so we got a king suite with a sofa bed. We had to make up the sofa bed ourselves and it was very uncomfortable. Some of the equipment in the gym had rusty parts and couldn’t be adjusted as it was meant to be able to do. Kids were running in the halls at all hours. We chose this hotel over others for the pool and hot tub, but using them was an unpleasant experience. The pool and hot tub had far too many people in them, and the pool and hot tub room was almost unbearably noisy…there should be a limit to the number of people in there at once. Kids were playing in the hot tub as if it were a pool…kids should just not be allowed in the hot tub. There was no hot water for tea in the morning because the hot water carafe was broken. The woman putting out the breakfast food didn’t understand English and couldn’t answer any questions. The king size bed was comfortable and the room was clean. But I will not book this hotel again. If I paid half the price it would be acceptable, but for $800 for two nights, it was not acceptable.

The stay at this hotel have been one of the best stays ever. The check in process was excellent the young lady that helped us was great can’t remember her name but she was amazing,I believe she is the youngest there I do recall her having a nose pierced if they makes it easier to know how great she was. The room was impeccable clean, the first hotel I visit that has a great shampoo and conditioner along with soap for the visitors. Overall this places is a 10/10 worth the stay .
