Moldy hotelPosted Sep 21, 2015
The hallways and the rooms stunk of mildew and mold. The room I reserved had black mold on the walls and they didn't have another king room for me so I had to take a double. They had no iron or other basic appliances. Wouldn't go there again

Needs updating.Posted Aug 17, 2015
Cons: updating, cleaning and basic ammenities
Location: only reason we stayed was that it was close to the airport
Lot of things are in need of repair. It was disappointing not to have a clock radio, tissues, soap, shampoo. The towels were tiny and incredibly rough. Because the AC is on a motion detector the room became very warm in the middle of the night. The windows were disgusting. Parking spots were so small that we couldn't open the car's back doors.

Okay hotel.Posted Aug 6, 2015
Pros: Staff was friendly. Location was good.
Cons: Need to upgrade the rooms with newer A/C unit. Need to keep A/C running in the hallway. Need to have small coffee makers in the rooms.
Beds were nice. No A/C in the hallway, it was smelly! Initially we were given a room where A/C did not work (it would not cool even after like 30 minutes). Front desk agent was nice and he changed to a different room with a newer A/C unit.

DisappointedPosted Jul 28, 2015
Pros: Close proximity to GS Parkway
Cons: Almost everything.
Location: Centrally located near all major roads for the area
Don't expect to get a good night's sleep! The through-the-wall A.C. unit was so loud it woke us every time it kicked on. The aesthetics are poor. The place appears to have once been a Hampton Inn which was run down and sold to Motel 6. Although the room was clean, it lacks common amenities. There is no breakfast available, not even continental.

I will never stay here again!Posted Jul 13, 2015 on Hotels
Arrived to find that the pool was not working and I was made to sign a waiver in order to stay. The hotel was dingy and hot. The first room I entered had a smoke detector chirping that they could not correct. They moved me to the room next door that had peeling wallpaper held up with push pins, a gray dust on the toilet seat that looked like someone had being working in the room and no one cleaned up after the work. I cleaned that myself. The towels and washcloth were so old and threadbare that it felt like coarse sandpaper. There wasn't even tissues in the tissue dispenser. By the way, I could still hear the smoke detector from next door in the new room.

Pool or no poolPosted Jul 12, 2015 on Hotels
When we checked in on Sunday afternoon we asked what time the pool was open. We were told the pool was closed due to an electrical problem they experienced two days ago in a storm and that it would be fixed on Monday. When we left on Tuesday the pool was still closed, the ice machine on the second floor never worked, the soda machine on the second floor was sold out from the day we got there. We asked if we could change our room with two double beds into a room with a king size bed since the motel was so empty. We asked if we could change our room with two double beds into a room with a king size bed since the motel was so empty. The clerk told us she could not change the rooms and we would have to contact Expedia even though we booked this with hotels.com.
