Nonexistent motel with terrible staff

Upon arriving at this motel, I realized it had an entirely different name (El Rancho). I called the number and asked if they had changed names and they said yes. I asked if they would still honor my reservation And they said yes. I then attempted to check in and they told me that in fact they would not accept my reservation. They claimed they knew nothing about my reservation (made four months prior) and did not associate with Expedia and "how could they. We no have computer." They spoke very little English and were extremely rude. They did not attempt to fix the problem nor direct us to another nearby hotel or solution. Absolutely no customer service.
