The customer service was awful the man was rude then they told me one price for my deposit then when I checked it it was a different price the room dirty the halls dirty and small the sheet’s awful it was the worst room I ever stayed in

The reception area has been updated which makes it look clean. The elevator only allows 2 people in at a time. The hallways look horrible and sketchy. The rooms are surprisingly comfortable at first glance. The shower curtain was dirty and on our last day we noticed stains on the sheets under the mattress cover.

Nice place to stay. No frills, but clean and close to the boardwalk. Just a block from The Hard Rock Cafe. Very convenient if you're seeing a show there.

AC is a rough city, so there’s no nice area except on the boardwalk. However, the Red Carpet is around the corner from Hard Rock so in that sense the location is great.

The pictures on Expedia are not the same condition of the actual hotel. I felt like the bait and switch. The place was extremely dirty. The door locks were flimsy so it was unsafe. The bathroom was filthy dirty with caulk to cover mold. The coffee pot was disgusting and never cleaned. The tub was filthy dirty. The curtains and the windows were dirty. I really want a full refund. I can’t believe Expedia has these pictures as advertisement for this hotel. This is false.

Staff was very friendly and professional. The place was more clean than some of the more modern places Ive stayed, so kudos to the cleaning crew. Inside the room is not as run down or scary looking as the outside. Definitely worth the one night stay for under 100.

We needed a place for a show at the Hard Rock. Right around the corner, bed was comfy & clean. Convenient because it’s really just a few minutes drive to everything. They definitely need to upgrade amenities & give the place a slap of new paint. Parking is awful if you have suv/truck.
