I chose to stay at the Resorts Hotel & Casino Ocean Tower because of the "newly renovated" rooms. It seems to me not much was done to renovate these rooms. The room I stayed in was plagued with problems, there were blown out bulbs in the bathroom light fixture and when I went to turn on the light the next morning, the bulb burst and broken glass hit the floor! I made this aware to the front desk and barely got an apology nor did they display any type of concern! This could've been a very serious matter seeing as how I could've been cut by broken glass or the fragments could've flown into my eye! Although the debris was cleaned quickly, the bulb still wasn't replaced or checked by hotel maintenance. The bottom drawer to the nightstand couldn't open. I know I requested a smoking room but I shouldn't see burn holes in the floor! As I stayed for three nights, each day with housekeeping: the bed pillows were left on the floor by the side of the bed. Towels and washcloths were never stocked to full nor were the soaps or shampoos. I had placed my own bag in the garbage can with trash only to come back and find that the trash was gone but my bag was still there! As for the room overall, it was a decent size but dismal and dank giving the room an institutional feel. The closets are unnecessarily huge,the bathroom sink has no vanity to place your toiletries. Frankly, I would suggest finding a better hotel to stay in during your time in Atlantic City, this one is not worth it.

I had booked two rooms to be ready by 4pm which is normal check in time. When I got to the hotel at 8 pm the second room was not ready and I also requested a single king bed and I received two double beds

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Room service excellent. Location of hotel is not the best. A lot of construction going on and a far walk to Caesar hotel before boardwalk area improves.

Clean updated room with nice new shower and bathroom.Bed was very comfortable.Easy access to boardwalk.Our room had a good view of beach and ocean.

We had booked a premier King room, Non smoking. Room smelled like smoke, bed linens very old and worn, Bathroom the worst I have ever seen. No a single safety bar or handle anywhere in the shower or bath tub. Old slanted tub bottom and very hazardous. Thought there were minimum standards for safety. Talked to hotel front desk manager and could not have cared at all. Just another day at the office. Did not care at all. Never stay at Resorts in Atlantic City again...
