We are very sorry for your inconvenience. We are new operator for this hotel. Our staff took time to cope with new change but now all of our staff has backed on truck. We hope you will see the difference if you pay visit next time.

Filthiest nastiest place I have ever seen! Checked into a used room! Condoms, sheets, towels amd liquor cups all over the room! Unsanitary and a health risk!

Dear Guest, we did not give you a dirty room to cheek in. We always cheek in our guest in the clean room. I am sorry to say that I do not agree with your opinion regarding for our property.

We didn't have any issues with our room. Could it have been a little cleaner? Sure. It had heat and very hot water. We knew what we were getting into so our expectations were very low. You have to pay $20 CASH for parking which is a little ridiculous but w.e.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and jet tub worked just fine. they made sure we had plenty of towels etc to make our stay comfortable. my wife and I will definitely be staying there again.👍👍👍

The man at the main office is extremely rude & they have moldy rooms. Very unsafe for people who have asthma. Most of the rooms don’t have heat. It’s a mess. They require a $250 deposit which doesn’t state when you’re booking.

FRONT-DESK yelled at us and wouldn’t let us check in after demanding a $200 deposit in cash. This was not listed on the terms when booking they were very rude through us out and refused to discuss the issue rationally.

No me gusto el cuarto apestaba habia hongo en el microonda, humedad en el sofa cama. No lo recomiendo. I didn't like the room, it stank, there was fungus in the microwave, humidity on the sofa bed. I do not recommend it

Staff was decent but they charge for everything. Want to stay 10 min later than check out? $10 more... don't want pay $20 to park in the sketchy parking lot? Sorry, you have to.... The area around it is SO unsafe. Rooms are below average, not nasty but not clean. There are people in and out of your room, day and night. Neighbors staying up until after 5am partying, people on the "roof deck" partying... If you want to sleep, don't stay here. I was afraid for my life and didn't sleep a wink because I thought someone was going to break in. The staff did the best they could being in a very dangerous area. Would NOT recommend.

it was said there was housekeeping, there was none, we had to go to desk daily to get towels, the sand was still on the floor from the last people who where in our room our fridge didn't work we realized after buying food to put in it, we put it in a cooler to keep cold with ice and the next day there was a sign saying you can't fill up coolers, we had to put our garbage outside our door along with used towels and they picked them up hours later. couldn't find anyone except the front desk person. they were friendly enough but didn't get any of our issues fixed. just not a clean enjoyable place to stay. i realize it was close to the ocean and boardwalk but i want to be able to take my shoes off in my hotel room but i couldn't the people next door to us got a sweeper and swept their own room because no one else would. no breakfast just a microwave in the middle of a room, had coffee but no condiments for it and most of the time no cups to put the coffee in .
