There were a few issues with the room. However, they were responsive to get it resolved. Throughout the stay there were no other issues.

Old hotel. Shower make a lot of noise, you hear the neighbor who takes a shower at 1am. A lot of noise from shower pipes.

check in time was 3 PM. Got check in at 3:30PM. Was told no available for at least 30 minutes but took my name and cell number was will be notified me while I wait and be seated at the lobby, like other 8 guest. Saw others guest got their rooms with 10 minutes apart. After 1 hour pass by and all the guest ahead of me got their room AND 3 more guest AFTER me also got their room, I approach the front desk and badly told to be seat down until we call you. I ask why I was not call to get the room. The hotel reception stall gave me no answer and brush me away. She said, this is hotel policy. I waited for 20 more minutes, watching others guest whom just walk in and got their room immediately. After one hour and twenty minutes of waiting in the lobby, I approach the front desk and ask them again why I have NOT call to get me room, after 10 more guests walked in AFTER me got their. Their only explanation was, "sorry, you were locked a room for the 4th floor and still no room is available at this point". I specific told the receptionist to get me ANY room or first room available since I was tied after 3 hours of driving here from Long Island. Only words came from their staff was "sorry for the mix up". Terrible and worst experience of my 35 years of traveling and last business dealing with Sheralton Hotel.

Everything was very clean. The TV worked perfectly. Very quite with a nice veiw. Its within walking distance to everything. I highly recommend staying here. I know I would stay again.

I love staying at the Sheraton will always try and get a room while vacationing Atlantic City NJ.
