Has a hard time getting guest services to bring more towels to our room. The people in the next room were having a loud party with air horns.... had to call front desk (why they had to put the party next to our room???), was not impressed

Due to the virus and the 4th of July weekend there was a 30 minute line to check in. We did not wait in lines for the New Orleans tower elevators since we were so far from the boardwalk but the tower closer to the boardwalk had lines at different times of the day. The outdoor pool was crowded but open. The room was clean. We did not have housekeeping due to the virus during out two night stay. Trash put outside the room was picked up. Long lines on the boardwalk for food. We waited at least 30 minute to get two slices of pizza and a soda at 6 pm and 10:30. The lines did not get better the later it got. They got longer. Steel Pier was also open and crowded.

They forgot to clean our room. I went downstairs to tell them we dont have toilet paper. The lady said she will call housekeeping so they can clean the room. Once we got back to the room they left a bag of 2 toilet paper by the door. They didnt have a microwave, safe box and an alarm clock

Towels was dirty, shower was dirty, rooms don’t look pike the pictures and charged more for parking. I wouldn’t stay here again
