Do NOT come here. The room was filled with ants…. Hundred of them were in the kitchen sink, bathroom sink and even some were on the bed. The sheets and the towels were dirty. The paintings on the wall also had mole on them. I told the front desk and they said they had no other rooms available. My time there was very uncomfortable. The second night I ended up sleeping in my car. I had to shake all my clothes out because of the ants. You guys need to invest in an upgrade. This page used to be so nice and convenient, now it’s a health hazard.

Room 1223 had bed bugs!! My husband and I never experienced this ever! We had bed bugs crawling on us and didn’t know it. The first room given to us was dirty and not cleaned. Bed linen was dirty, trash bag still in the room. We asked for a room change and thought it would be better but it was worst. It was a cold day and my husband and I were very tired and did not want to keep moving our luggage from room to room. Second room was not too much better. We ended up buying cleaning supplies and cleaning the room our self. Dishwasher had dirty dishes left in it, tables and countertops messy and dirty from previous guests. The room reeked with an extremely strong odor of dogs or animals. Carpet was so dusty it was ridiculous. The smell was horrible. Black mold in the bathroom and pilling paint…. Just an overall mess!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. Could not get a refund due to no refund policy. Manager was not on site. We checked out early and lost money. Left our info for a manager to call and have not heard anything yet. Worst experience ever!!!!! The rooms are dated which I didn’t have a issue with given the price point but cleanliness is something I wasn’t willing to over look. This hotel is a 2 star at the most!!! Never again… please stay elsewhere unless you want to take bed bugs home with you!!!

Where do I start? I've never complained about a hotel but this place...1st room had a broken lock on the front door..2nd room had dirty hand towels (makeup?) And endless noise all night from the flag pole string banging against the flagpole. Beware and splurge on any other hotel.

It wasn't as close to the town as I thought based on the website. Although it was within walking distance, if you are a walker, it did not specify the very busy highway you would need to cross. I ended up having to use an UBER to get to and from the venue I went to go to.

The place was not cleaned at all. Never vacuumed sheets wasn’t changed on queen beds or pull out couch. Had dirty forks and dishes. Carpet was very dirty as a housekeeping supervisor from Boston I was not pleased at all. Continue to keep faith apart of your property. Hopefully my next visit is better

Large suites with living room and kitchen with appliances. Convenient to local restaurants and short drive to AC. Definitely a quality alternative to paying for a room in one of the casinos on a Winter weekend.

Overall the hotel was average. The room was clean with the exception of the rust stains on the bottom tub and dust along the bathroom door. The room needed a few minor repairs and patch up paint jobs. But the bed was comfortable and the layout, especially with the kitchen/dining, area was sweet. The worst of it was the smell that came from, what we would assume, was the garbage disposal. It lit up the room! The bathroom had a mold odor as well. Our stay was short so it wasn't worth the room change but, had it been longer we would have requested a switch. The price was fair and the breakfast was decent. I would stay again.

The room was like a timesharing apartment with a full sized refrigerator, electric stove, appliances, garbage disposal and even a dishwasher. We were very pleased with it. It was very unique and beautiful and we were very impressed. My only complaint is when we left the room for about 1/2 a day, when we returned the room wasn't cleaned, the bed wasn't made and there were no clean towels. I was surprised none of that was done. I called the front desk and mentioned it. I said I didn't mind about the bed not being made since we were only there for two nights, but I asked if they would mind bringing fresh towels which were brought immediately. When I was checking out I mentioned it again (to another desk clerk) and she said they only cleaned the rooms for guests staying 5 days or more. I really enjoyed my stay there, but I wish the hotel made it clear in it's advertisement that it would be the guest's responsibility to keep their rooms clean themselves. Nonetheless, we had a wonderful time and we were very happy with the room and service. Thank you.
