I went to make coffee andvit was completely full of mold. I asked them to make it right, let me have a make up room at same price as i fit before but no, they doubled it and didnt even give my key deposit back when i brought it in that day to inform about the mold. The room itself smelt over powering of bad insense.

When I arrived, the staff requested a $1 deposit for the key, which was never returned. A no smoking room was booked and the room reeked of cigarette smoke and was disgusting. Upon asking to chain room, was told no other room was available and no refund was going to be given. A purifier was supplied but it was loud and very very old. Was not safe to leave plugged in. Staff was not very helpful.

Room is clean, staff is good but room smoky heavily.
Also on front desk no air conditioning because owner doesn’t let turn on it and employees work in unhealthy conditions. So bad for customers when check in.

Their was an elderly women that often question the people that stays in the rooms as they checking into the rooms. Make her employees make finally changes and making employee feel uncomfortable at the check in process.

Room waa not cleaned during entire stay. Had to ask for clean towels and washcloths every single day. Room smelled like someone chained smoked in there for ten years. Bathroom floor was dirty, coming apart. The only thing remodeled was new flooring in main room. Staff was friendly.
Staff was very nice and helpful. We had a nonsmoking room that reeked of cigarettes, had to wear shoes inside or risk our socks being black and sticky.
To start off, the person in the lobby could have been somewhat friendly. No general information was given (e.g., shouldn't have to call and ask for wi-fi information). The bethroom door had a huge, round dent (someone punched the door) . Not enough towels; went to the office to get extra. After that, saw that we needed extra spoons, so back to the office. The comforter had a hole (cigarette burn?). The only plus was the closeness to Atlantic City, CVS, restaurants & grocery store.
Rooms were dirty. Bed sheets weren’t replaced. Ants in the sink.Only stayed first night because it was late. Did not stay second night.

Hotel worth $80 per night instead of $200 per nigh
This was $180 per night hotel. On top of that you have to pay Resort fee of $20 per day at the hotel. Total is $200 per night. At most this is a hotel worth $80 per night.
Bed was comfortable. Hot water was available in the morning but not at night. There was no Iron and Ironing board. The toilet tissue paper handle was broken. This is a studio Inn with Gas stove/refrigerator however not a single pot pan etc. was available and I could not even make a simple tea.
No WiFi password was easily provided. I did not bother as I could use my Mobile data.
Only two mini towels were provided for bath.
Overall - a place worth $80 per night and they charge you $200 per night.

I wasn’t expecting spotless but I was expecting a little cleaner than it was.
The owners are very rude. There is a resort fee, however, there is nothing like a resort, which is an admin fee on top of the room rate providing no value to the customer. The room amenities are in dilapidated capacity. The "free" wifi doesn't work. Not recommended. In fact, Expedia should unregister this vendor to avoid a bad name for themselves.
Bugs in bathroom and kitchen area. Cleaning lady went in room without permission to take trash and dirty linen but don''t leave none. Didn't sweep or try to clean the bathroom. Went to office for more linen for 4 people and was only given 2 towels. The refrigerator didn't work, nor the little kitchenette stove as advertised.
As I stated in my last email on 3/20, I am requesting a refund. this motel was such a disappointment. It was disgustingly filthy, plumbing didn’t work, toilet overflowed, no hot water, horrible smelly and no free breakfast as stated in confirmation. We paid $68 to book and another $19.51 “resort fee” at checkin which was utterly insulting. Changed our room 3 times not to our satisfaction. Richard Lenhart
