Nice StayPosted Aug 25, 2015
It was exactly what we needed - King sized bed with good mattress, room had eclipse curtins so the room remained dark until I was ready to wake up. Price was within my budget as well. Wawa right around the corner! 5*

Horrible! I cannot believe this is what Hotels.com put me in when I was over the phone. Never again - this was disgusting.

Overall review.Posted Aug 9, 2015
Pros: It was near enough to the beach (Brigantine) to be convenient.
Cons: See above.
Location: Many stores, restaurants nearby which was a plus. The Wawa located a few doors down the street was visited by us several times.
The room itself was adequate. However, the TV did not work (all snowy, no color and couldn't get a decent picture). There was no facial tissue in the room at all and only one roll of toilet tissue. I did report to the front desk staff about the TV not working properly. Also two of the lights in the room did not work. Based on these observations, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else nor would I stay in it again.

Poor...would not recommendPosted Jul 28, 2015 on Hotels
Well..we pulled into the hotel at 5:30 am - Non speaking English person made the arrival more difficult. Then we got a room that should not have been given out. Dirty towels..broken ironing board..bed sheets in used and poor condition.Overall condition of room was POOR. Then in morning when I reported the matter we had to pack up our things and move to another room. Breakfast area not big enough while trying to eat and dealing with other customers. This is a poor and bad review for the Super 8 model. Also, we had made reservations. We should not have been charged for arriving early for another day! We arrived on the day of our reservation. Many other nicer and cleaner motels in the area. Would not recommend at all!!!

I would try any of the other cheap hotels near by.Posted Jul 20, 2015 on Hotels
I was supposed to have a non-smoking room and my room smelled like cigarettes and the bedding had cigarette burns all over. As I was tying my shoes the final day I noticed that there were cigarette butts all over underneath the bed. The room was not clean and appeared to have not been vacuumed in months. Housekeeping never visited my room during my stay.

Get what you pay for, but look elsewherePosted Jul 20, 2015 on Hotels
Was in town for some poker tournaments. Just needed a place for 2 nights. Desk says we're in one of the newly renovated rooms. Bathtub wasn't fully drained when we entered, about 3 inches of water with dead spiders floating around. One of the "clean" towels they left had huge yellow stains all over it. Beds were okay. Parking lot was horrendous. Not enough spots, especially near your room. Came back each night around 3-4am to sleep and had to park on the other side of the building in the furthest spot from my door both times. Not the safest walk either. Thankfully was with a friend. You get what you pay for here. I wouldn't stay again though.

Clean and cheap motel, but so far from the Atlantic City Boardwalk.

Horrible rundown motel.Posted Jul 9, 2015
Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: Absolutely everything.
Location: Fairly close to Atlantic City beach.
Don't waste your money here. I have stayed at a different Super 8 in the past and it was incredible, this place was nothing of the sort. The lobby smelled horrible, as did the rest of the building. The man at the desk could barely speak or understand English so I had a hard time checking in. He then gave us a "smoking" room (without asking) which was in terrible shape. The bed sheets were stained and very dirty. So his solution was to put us in the room next door which was just as bad. The fridge did not work, the hair dryer did not work, the bathroom door could not close, the Wi-Fi almost never worked, and the phone to reach the front desk did not work; no maintenance whatsoever it seemed. The breakfast consisted of some pieces of bread, cereal, and empty containers of juice and milk. The neighbors were loud all night and I couldn't even call the desk to complain! Spend a little more money elsewhere because it is not worth it here. Which reminds me, they also tacked on a considerable fee to my reservation when I checked in, and I'm not even sure why because they didn't give me a receipt or any physical copy of the transaction. Horrible place overall, do not be fooled by nice fake pictures.

Needs a big cleaning!Posted Jul 6, 2015
Not clean at all! Seeing mattresses propped against the fence by the hotel was not inviting! The carpet wasn't vacuumed, the folded towels were actually wet and we actually killed a few bugs on the wall when we walked into the room! The curtains were falling off the wall and the beds poorly made and uncomfortable. The room smelled damp and moldy. The Maserati parked by the main office in the morning makes you wonder where the hotel money is going!
