Stayed in Chelsea towers and no where did it state that you had to take 2 esclatirs plus an elevator and walk 1 mile after that just to get to your room..no ice machine on your floor had to get ice on the 19 floor..pillows were small ans uncomfortable
I enjoyed my stay. My only complaint is a lack of staff. There seems to be a shift towards self service kiosks, which DO NOT work. I was unable to complete my check in or check out using the kiosk. I then had to schlep to another floor to find someone to assist me. I watched one of the kiosks swallow a woman’s ID and she had a very hard time finding someone to help her retrieve her ID. The staff I encountered were friendly. No issue with the actual people, but there needs to be more of them.
Didn’t have to leave resort everything was convenient.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful I love the way it’s designed everything was perfect my first time staying at this hotel and I will definitely stay there again my family and I had an incredible experience. Honestly the only thing I didn’t like was the guy at the parking booth he was very rude other then that everything was great

Shaking time, did not take anything more than five minutes. Our bags were brought up to the room very efficiently. And it was the same with checkout very fast and efficient. I will be returning.

Everything you could want, dining choices, casino, easy access to boardwalk and beach, indoor shopping. A Vegas feel right here in NJ.

Our stay was great we went for my husband’s birthday weekend. We stayed at the Havana Tower. The room was perfect, very clean and everything was working fine and comfortable. Lots of dining options, shopping, things to do.

The Ocean View room absolutely made my trip a memorable one. Going from the noise and action of the casino to the room, where I could watch the rise and fall of the waves, was a much-needed break.

The towels in the bathroom were moist when we checked in. The washcloths were moist also AND literally dirty. They were folded on the sink as if they were fresh. The box of tissues were wet and dirty as well. Tried to call housekeeping and the front desk. The phone was not working. Used my cell phone to call the front desk. Fresh, clean and dry towels were handed to us at the door. They did not remove the dirty ones. Also, the phone issue was never handled although they told us they would send someone.

The room was terrible. TV broken / drain to tub was clogged / toilet bowl was leaking / shower curtain had brown stains on it

Minute and petty observation but the tissues were the cheapest I’ve seen anywhere- minor upgrade would add to ambiance and eliminate impression of being cheap- otherwise excellent- thank you

There were rooms filled with, I assume 18-25 year old(s). They slamming doors, shouting and in the hallway all night. Wife slept through ordeal, I was unable to sleep.

The Tropicana was an excellent place to stay in AC!! The issue is Atlantic City itself, full of homeless and drugs once you leave the hotel. It's not safe to walk down the street anywhere in AC.

The Chelsea tower room had no AC. The room was so hot. I called numerous times for someone to come up and looked at it. I ended up going downstairs which was a farrrr walk to request a room change after I woke up drenched in sweat, with a migraine and dry throat. In the end my room was changed to the West Tower which was cooler but not as cold like how a hotel should feel. & also the elevator for the west tower was broken at one point
