"The room was clean, all the equipment was in good shape, nice big king bed, no noise at night. Couldn't ask for more."

"Room was great and desk staff very friendly and helpful. Tropicana has always been my favorite place to stay. Lots of options especially dining and places to relax and have a few adult beverages. Always have a fun time. The only negative this trip was that they had one of my favorite playing areas closed for what I am thinking will be for new slots. For me unfortunately will not be a good thing as I really like the old poker machines and older slot machines in general but they are disappearing quickly no matter which casino/hotel you choose to stay to play. On a positive note always good to see a casino making improvements to the property. Overall had a great time and watched a lot of great NCAA Basketball. Tropicana has a very nice fairly large sportsbook. Check it out."

"The staff was very friendly and gave suggestions regarding dining options. Easy and quick check in around 9:pm. I appreciated having a dedicated parking spot assigned to my room. It's still cold so I couldn't check out the beach but it was literally right outside the door. I must say the cleanliness was great but this is an older hotel/vacation property. I still felt comfortable staying there even though it could use some upgrades. My bed was perfect and the climate control worked as it was a bit chilly when we arrived. Room was very spacious. The only thing that wasn't working was the phone. We wanted one more night but they were booked as most of the hotels in AC that weekend, so I used my cell to call the front desk and then was told I had to either go to the website or call the main number to try to extend our stay but we were out of luck. I will definitely stay here again!!!"

"We had an awesome view from our room! Our door to our room did not have a seal on the bottom therefore, we heard constant noise such as a dog barking and loud guests in the hallway or in their rooms at all times of the night and wee hours of the morning making it difficult to sleep"

"Love the environment and service of the place, room was clean but I think it needs some improvements, specially the bathroom. Parking was across the street, it was good... Only thing that was not too good was the fact that when reserve it says the breakfast was included, but when we got our breakfast we were charge almost $50, which was quite surprising!! "

"We liked the Hotel, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Very professional. The parking was a little crazy, if you did park on the street around the Hotel. No microwave in the guest rooms. But overall the Hotel was nice. "
