“The room was not clean. The staff were really good and helpful. There were 2 windows 1 was frosted over the other was in the hallway, half frosted and you could see the towers, but you could see people passing by. ”
“They sent me to a building which was under construction and a room where someone was clearly in it. I didn’t take the room cause it wasn’t safe and they still charged me. Hotels.com refuse to help. Don’t ever book this! ”
“I had an extremely disappointing experience with my recent booking. After securing the property, I called the provided number to confirm my reservation, only to be met with confusion from the person on the line, who claimed to have no knowledge of Hotels.com. Despite sending my confirmation, I had to repeatedly follow up for a response, only to be informed that my originally booked unit was unavailable. They offered a supposedly 'similar' unit instead.
Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the unit……
“Stayed there with family and kids. We were not expecting much from this hotel as we were only there to sleep...
Sheets were stained, beds are OK if you are 4ft tall.
The main problem for us was with the frontdesk staff blasting music over their phone speaker until 3:30 AM, we had to politely ask them if they could use their earphones at least 6 times but they did not seem to see the problem....anyhow if you are looking for a hotel to stay in this area the comfort inn is slightly more expensive……
“This Hotel does not honour the booking done through Hotels.com. In my case it was a confirmed booking and they simply refused that they didn’t have any such booking. I was appalled. I have sent the details to Hotels.com also.”
