“Unfortunately, the overall experience was just average. I was excited to stay here, and the building did have the basics in place e.g. nice and clean building, rooms and bathrooms; and very conveniently located close to the north cliff (i.e. all the cafes etc.), but that's about it. Very poor/choppy wi-fi on the upper floor, mobile data didn't work either (so nightmare for remote work on top floor) and the staff wasn't really helpful / communicative / alert about the guests or hospitality. “Beautiful property with a Great Lake view. Communication between different parts - reception and restaurant was poor hence caused confusion which resulted in extra charges. The management was not ready to solve the problem at first. So the experience was ruined. The next day the management agreed to meet halfway and offered a complimentary boat trip but since the experience was already ruined, we wanted to leave. But all the members of staff were very polite throughout the stay. And the spa……
