There was mold around the tub knob and the bathroom only had 1 wash cloth. The hot tub was out of service also which is 1 of the reasons why i went. The rest of my stay with my granddaughter was great we had a good time.

The location is fine and check in was smooth but wish we knew the hot tub was not in service as that’s one of the reasons we chose the hotel over others in the area. Also the dinner staff gentleman who was our waiter on February 14th was AMAZING and deserves a raise. The meal was delicious! Our Room 315 needs to have toilet fixed because it keeps running after it’s flushed. But all in all, we would book another stay just for the dinner choices!

I like the location for its walkability and micro views. The foods offered in their cafe is delicious. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is the parking. My husband and I typically choose this hotel because of the above, but I'm not certain we will again. This location hosts a lot of events. While there is a posted "event parking" lot, it is not enforced. The event-goers end up parking close to the hotel where one would expect the paying guests should park. So, if one plans of leaving the hotel in the afternoon/evening there are no close parking spots available. That leaves the paying guests parking in the event lot which is not as close to the building.
