Great middle of the road location for shopping

As soon as we entered the hotel we were greeted by the hostess and immediately felt like family being welcomed for a visit. She welcomed us and immediately went threw everything we needed to know. Told us about what the hotel had to offer us. During our conversation she also informed us about different events happening in the area that interested us. If she didn't tell us about them, we might have missed out seeing these events. The only unfortunate event was a was a fire alarm went off in a room at 2 am because of burnt popcorn in the microwave. No real big deal.

Mattress is in desperate need of changing!!!

We stayed 3 nights. First night we checked in late we had no sleep as the mattress was in such poor condition. The next morning we let the staff know and they said nothing they can do. We requested more pillows figuring we could try to get some comfort. It didn’t help. No sleep again. So the next day I called housekeeping and asked if they could please help as we hadn’t slept in two nights. When she said no they turn the mattress every 3 months, we asked for extra padding or blankets under sheet. I’ve never had this at Hilton before. Front desk at checkout was told about the ongoing issue with the mattress.To add insult to injury, She replied all our mattresses are the same. SERIOUSLY, maybe the brand ,but they do not all wear the same.That one desperately needs to be replaced!!!

The wedding the next morning impeded our breakfast but the staff where great and handled it well. The menu was good but the wine list was not exciting. I preferred the Bovine steak house setup, both menu and wine list was a bit better. Also tell them in the dining room to remove the bad LED lighting in the rear of the dining room. It doesn't dim properly and is too cold. The lumins should be around 2800-3000 Kelvin. That's the designer in me talking.

Front desk lady charge me extra $119 dollars to my credit card. My wife found out when she call credit card for extra charge. I when to front desk,she cancelled the extra charge. That's the only complaint i have.

The reception at the front desk was friendly and informative. Room was spacious and comfortable. Slept like a baby...

great location

Great location for exploring the Finger Lakes Region. Fast and friendly check in. Lots of parking. Wish free breakfast was included. Friendly staff.

Cons: Bathroom was full of mildew. Get some Clorox and elbow grease in there. And night time front desk staff was crabby.
Was happy this was a one-night stay. Have had awesome past experiences with this brand, but ran into discourteous staff, noisey lobby and mildew in bathroom here.

Nie hotel close to lake

Pros: Close to all the lakes in the area. Very conveniently located and close to all the restaurants in town center. Town center is walking distance.
Cons: Hilton needs to renovate the rooms. Lobby is very modern but rooms are old fashioned. They are kept clean but modernize them
Location: Close to town center. Waling distance to most places. Great access capability to all the Lakes. Most important thing and also very close to Syracuse.
Hotel is very conveniently located to all the nearby lakes in the area. Very close to town center and eating places. Easy to get to. The only condition that disappointed me is that the photos of front of the hotel and the exterior is misleading. Very modern from the outside but the rooms are old fashioned. Carpet was very old. Not sure why Hilton would not renovate the interior. But it is still a very nice hotel and staff is phenomenal. Will stay there again as it is very convenient.
