The hotel had ants. We stayed on the second floor and anys were crawling on our pillows.

Thin walls made it possible to hear someone snoring next door, babies crying, coughing toddlers, and alarm clocks. Staff seemed half invested in helping with checkin or pool access issues. Breakfast was ok. Beds were comfortable.

As a business traveler, I needed to use the copier and computer in the lobby. The printer did not work and was out of paper - none was readily available to do a refill. Desk employee was quick to help which is good, but even after reloading paper, could not get my documents printed, ugh! Given the amount of snow and ice around the facility when I stayed, would have been helpful for staff to spread more rock salt where guests had to walk in and around the parking lot.

Pleasant Stay

Pros: Easy to get to and close to a lot of things.
Cons: Fix bathroom.
Location: Tons of shops and restaurants with in a few minuets drive.
Hotel was clean as was the room. Room was smaller than most King rooms we have stayed in. Bathroom need maintenance! Exhaust fan would make loud sounds from time to time. Bath tub creaked and popped like it was broke underneath. Shower head was in need of some serious cleaning, weak and miss directed streams! And our window looked out right into the side of the wall of the pool area. Was easy to get to from expressway and that led to the noise of the traffic all night.

Upon checking in, desk person advised the pet charge was increased that day from $35.00 to $50.00!!! I advised her we booked this at the pet charge of $35.00 and would not pay the extra amount, plain and simple!! She agreed to the $35.00! She advised that each holiday inn has their own policy as to the pet charge and whether to apply it or not! The frig did not work! The luggage cart had a flat tire!! Room was nice though, clean and breakfast was good. Nice area with plenty of nearby restaurants.
