Overall it was fine once you get pass it being a motel vs a hotel. I feel like they are trying their best to give their customers the best stay. Beds are comfortable and the room was clean. The first night we killed a cockroach on the wall. But no others appeared for the rest of our stay. It was kind of noisy from customers, trains, and airplanes the first night but it got all little better. Overall the price reflected the stay and this property is suited for price-conscious customers.

We got in a bind when visiting Auburn when we decided to stay an extra night. Hotels right in downtown were booked, but this little place popped up and was only a 5 minute drive. Staff was very friendly, room was very clean and had been updated. Was just what we needed for a one night stay. Admit was a little skeptical about staying in a "motel" but it was just myself and my daughter - all was good!

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. At the end of the day the bed makes the room. The staff was friendly and Fatima was super nice.

Clean and comfortable but…
The staff was nice, but the person who checked us in said that breakfast was from 6a - 10a, but they were putting everything away at 9:30. The lock on our door to enter the room was broken and the lock into the bathroom was also broken. Room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Pictures on the website did not identify that you enter the room from the outside.

The Only downside of the stay was the shower could use another shower head didn’t come out much and the water pressure could have been turned up ! But guest service Robbie was wonderful checking us in

The accommodations were substandard. The beds were uncomfortable. The free breakfast was barely anything. The pool was filled in. The a/c was loud, and construction workers started working on an adjacent room at 6:50 am on a Saturday.

My room was very clean, and the A/C actually made the room cold. Most hotel A/C units barely work, even in really nice hotels. The property seems well kept, no noisy neighbors, and easy to get to where you need to go.
