Nice hotel, close to Auburn University.

Pros: Friendly staff. Comfortable and clean furnishings and bed.
Cons: Temperature controls.
Location: There were lots of restaurants, shopping, and the university, which was surrounded by more unique shops and eateries.
The staff was very friendly and the room was nice. The air conditioning unit had knobs that made it difficult to adjust the temperature, but if you like a cold room it was wonderful. We would turn it off for a while, then back on later and stayed comfortable.

Clean. Not happy at check in. I was supposed to be on 3rd floor, changed location to first floor next to stairs and across from indoor pool. Extremely noisy!

Nice hotel close to college, eating and shopping.

I stayed 4 nights while my daughter was at Auburn's cheer camp. Over all it was a good place to stay. I did have problems with my key getting into the room. Each time I had to have them fix it. The beds are very comfortable and the air worked great. It also had a microwave and mini fridge which was nice.

Nice front desk staff. Dirty towels removed but not replaced with clean towels. Toilet paper not replaced........had to use tissues. I poured coffee in the sink before I left for the day, stains still in sink when I returned. Exposed plumbing in room.......sheet rock had been removed. Elevator dirty and smelled. In room coffee maker only makes single cup of coffee........coffee packets in room were made for 4 cup coffee makers. I did not know this was rated a 2 star hotel........if I had known I would not have stayed there.

Parents weekend

Pros: The employees. They are always so friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help.
Cons: Not the hotels problem but if there was anything that could keep kids from running the halls & jumping on the beds above us that would be great
Location:
2nd time staying here and just like the first time we had an excellent experience.

Decent, not great.

The hotel was decent, however it smelled horrible once you left the lobby. The heater in the room made a really loud clattering noise when you turned it on, and the whole place was very damp and moist. The hotel staff was really excellent though. If they were to spruce the place up it would be a great hotel.

We came to Auburn to see our son, and were very impressed by this hotel. We have stayed at different ones in the area, and by far, this was the best

Hotel stay in auburn

We enjoyed our visit at the sleep Inn. We were only there one night but ended up checking in late. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Definitely will be back.

Ok hotel

Hotel was ok. We stayed for one night. Staff was helpful at check in/out. Rooms are larger than average hotel rooms. Room was clean.
