Western facing with gorgeous open water views. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit has a king bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa accommodate 6 comfortably! Fully stocked kitchen, WiFi, and a dedicated boat slip!

This condominium is located in a newly remodeled building, new lakeside swimming pool (heated seasonly), private sand beach and lakeside pavillion were added in April 2019. In addition to the lake, pool, and beach we also have paddle boards and kayaks available for your use!

Conveniently located inside the gated Stillwaters community there are several restaurants and marinas in the near vicinty.

Other units available in the same complex makes this a great opportunity for large family gatherings!

Boat trailer parking available at the marina.

Limited Pontoon Boat & Jet Ski rentals available. Please inquire about availability!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The seasonally heated pool evidently did not mean December. I was a little disappointed, but my husband told me so. lol There are no steps to climb, which is great! 2 Recliners which were awesome. Spacious. I would suggest some lamps for the living area. We loved our stay there!

Needs fixing
There were a few issues that need attention. The main entrance need some work on the locking/latching system. The glass sliding doors need some attention on their locking system. And there are a few smaller issues. But all in all we had a enjoyable time.
