Would not recommend!

We had an issue with all our bathroom lights not working. The hotel staff wasn't very accommodating and didn't offer a solution. We ended up taking free standing light that was by our bed and moved it to the bathroom. I'm not upset that our lights didn't work in our bathroom. Heck, things happen. It's how the hotel staff handled it was the problem and is why I won't recommend staying here.

Double Bill

This hotel unfortunately doesn't know how to use Expedia and ended up double billing me. It took multiple calls and meetings to figure something out. I brought it to their attention after they billed me for the room the first night but they still did it again for the second night. I would not use this hotel if you are looking to use Expedia.

Very nice hotel.

Pros: Very close to the train. Easy access to downtown Boston
Cons: Not really.
Excellent bar and restaurant. Quality and selection was great and the prices were reasonable.

Hotel was easy to get to off the interstate. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean, modern hotel. Good breakfast and a variety of breakfast offerings available. Slight negative - towels had a slight unpleasant odor and were a bit rough.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. One thing I would note is that the room I stayed in was designated as a handicapped room. The shower was "walk in" do there weas nothing to prevent water on the batroom floor. As soon as I turned the water on, the floor became coated with a fine mist, making the floor very slippery. This is dangerous for anyone but particularly so for someone handicapped. Fortunately there was an ample supply of towels do I covered the floor.

Stay was perfect!

Pros: Staff was friendly.
Cons: No at all.
I was there for a school visit, and this hotel was local to the school, and perfect for my needs.

Decent hotel for outskirts of Boston

The hotel needs some new decor and renovations to help make it look not only nicer but cleaner. It's close to the Newton Wellsley Hospital and the subway (just down the street), so that's why we stayed there. Their shuttle was never running while we were there but the hotel paid for our rides when we needed to go somewhere during a time their shuttle was supposed to be running. Overall it was fine for what we needed.

Good stay, weird shelf

The shelf in the bathroom was mounted at a slightly slanted angle so that everything hat I put on it slid off and i tot eh floor. Infinitely unhelpful because there is no other counter space in the bathroom.

Sorry for that... We're trying to adjust them all to tilt inward, and with the next renovation, more counter space!
