Disappointing

The room was tiny. The bed was huge but uncomfortable. The walls are paper thin and the floors creaked all night. The door didn't close properly so it banged during the night. It was like a rabbit warren. Very confusing layout. We couldn't find the restaurant in the morning. I will not stay there again. A little bit of maintenance might go a long way.

We are investing heavily in our room renovations and property upgrades, the current stage of which will be completed in the next six weeks ready for summer. All new signage is in place and a property map is provided on check-in.

NOT HAPPY

Pros: INTERNET WAS GOOD
Location: CLOSE TO MOTORWAY. GOOD
NOT ANY SPORTS CHANNEL WE STAY IN COLD WHOLE NIGHT BECAUSE THEY DID NOT GIVE US REMOTE FOR TEMPERATURE CONTROL AND I RANG THEM ASK FOR IT AND SAY YES TO BRING IT TO MY ROOM BUT DID NOT HAPPEN. BATROOM AND TOILET ARE TO NARROW CAN NOT MOVE OR SEAT PROPERLY HOT WATER JUG NEED CLEANING. THANK YOU

Nice motel

Pros: Self contained , nice restaurant and bar
Cons: Car parking ,
Location: Mt Wellington highway , heart of otahuhu
Just an ideal place to stay for a quick stop over

Enjoyable stay

It was a nice, comfortable room. Good facilities. Just a shame the shower drain was blocked and flooded into the bathroom while I tried to have a shower, I then had to cut my shower very short and use all the linen to mop up the water.

Pictures are deceiving

Our room was located next to the stairs and cleaning station. Very noisy. Rooms were paper thin with a coat of paint over to look fresh. The bathroom wasnt cleamed properly with the last guests or cleaner leaving behind a few extras around the loo. Something we could live with and cleaned but not what we expected.

Charming Staff

Pros: Staff was amazing, laundry on site, restaurant on site is lovely.
Cons: I think they are doing everything that they can to make improvements to the rooms and building. They have put time and money into the properly.
Location: Close to train station, bus stops & Sylvia Park
The staff is so lovely that it definitely makes the experience better. Michelle is a legend of a manager, all about making your staff as wonderful as it can be. Feels like anything you need can be taken care of or you will be pointed in the right direction quickly.

Room was clean, hotel old and tired.

Had to carry suitcases up 2 flights of narrow stairs, carpet was old and dirty. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant.

Good bed...but thts the only thing No microwave no cuttlery in the room No where to sit other then bed Small rooms very small bathroom

Non of our rooms have cooking facilities, crockery or cuttlery. All rooms have tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, kettle, cups & tea spoon. Our Economy rooms are priced according to their size & being ground floor, they come with flat screen TV, Sky channels, Bluetooth alarm clock USB charging unit, noisless fridge and ensuite bathroom.
